6. Mosteiro de Sao Vicente de Fora
This impressively big monastery from 17th-century, was built during the time Portugal had Spanish kings. Inside, you can appreciate beautiful tiles panels. The monastery also contains the royal pantheon of the Bragança monarchs of Portugal.
7. Panteao Nacional
The Church of Santa Engrácia is a 17th-century monument in Lisbon, Portugal. During 20th-century, it was converted by Salazar into the National Pantheon, in which important Portuguese personalities are buried. It is located on Alfama neighborhood, where the Flee Market (Feira da Ladra) takes place, every Tuesdays and Saturdays.
8. Alfama
Visit the oldest and most picturesque Lisbon's district, the birthplace of folk music Fado and a labyrinth of narrow streets, alleys and old houses, inhabited by an ancestral local community. Here you can try the famous and traditional liqueur made with sour cherry, Ginginha.
9. Chiado & Carmo
Learn about the history and culture of one of the oldest capital cities in Europe, and be seduced at the same time by its modernity and trendy places. Next to Chiado, Bairro Alto was the district frequented by artists, writers and journalists. 11. Praca Luis de Camoes
In this place, you will feel you're where everything important happens in Lisbon city. Praça Luís de Camões is a tribute to one of the major Portuguese poets ever, and a meeting point in the bohemian, cultural and shopping area of the city.
12. Assembleia da Republica
Have a view over the parliament of the Portuguese Republic, where the government and representative assembly of all Portuguese citizens work. It is located in a historical building, referred to as Palácio de São Bento, the site of an old Benedictine monastery.
13. Parque Eduardo VII
Next to Marquês de Pombal, the main roundabout of the city, you can enjoy a green area with roosters crowing and a spectacular view over Lisbon downtown, Tagus River, the castle and the Old Town, spread over the hills.

This was a great tour. We saw all we expected, plus our guide added extra ( since we could not "walk/climb" easily). He also went out of his way to drop us at our hotel. We recommend to all 1st timers.

Arthur Moura was our guide and driver. He arrived spot on time with a friendly and professional manner making us feel welcome and excited for the trip. Arthur was well spoken with great humor and knowledge that immediately caught our attention. Arthur knew all the tricks and managed traffic safely. We were thrilled with his expertise and friendly manner. What a treat and a real surprise to see so many sides of Lisbon with narration along the way. Total pleasure, well recommended.

We had the pleasure of having Miguel Fuller as our guide and he surpassed our expectations as a guide. So knowledgeable and interesting! He tailored it to our wishes and needs. The views and presentation were amazing! Bianca our guide was very personable and knowledgeable. We even got caught in a pop up protest for climate change and she got out and organized traffic so we could still go on! It rained a little bit the tuk tuk was covered as well as comfortable
