The driver Henrique was very good, waiting for us and very helpful. But to be honest this is very expensive for a 10-12 mins drive where we can get an uber XXL car for same drive for USD 50-60

This Limo Service has stellar customer service. Our flights kept changing (four times!) and the entire flight was eventually cancelled by the airline and rebooked for the following day. Tina (if I remember correctly!) was WONDERFUL and 'stayed with us' through all the changes. And our driver was absolutely delightful. I wouldn't hesitate to book again with this service.

These guys were incredible. 8 airport pickups/ dropoffs, 2 SUVs for comings and goings, and 2 sprinter vans for the wedding parties. They (Yara in particular) nailed the logistics and their drivers (Leandro and Eddie as well as Raphael and Wallef) were incredibly friendly, prompt and very professional. I cannot say enough about how well they did.

Didn't want to rely on Uber or taxi availability for 6 full size and 3 carry on luggage pieces for my party of 3. We arrived at Logan and needed transport to Somerville. The driver arrived on time and communicated promptly with me. Finding the correct vehicle was easy as the license plate and vehicle make/model were given. The suburban looked new. The driver was very professional. We had to make 2 stops, which was accommodated easily with an additional fee, which I had arranged ahead of time. The price is greater than an Uber, but the piece of mind knowing that the driver would be waiting and that the vehicle could take all of our luggage was worth every penny. Would definitely use JR Limo again.

We found JR Limo Car Service after a bad experience with Blacklane Limo. Blacklane’s website indicated that “meet and greet service” was available. We found that it was only available at Logan in you were on Emirates Airline. Since we needed this service on this trip, we continued to search and luckily we found JR Limo Car Service. We were very happy with the communication, the service, the car, and the driver. We even contacted our regular limo service in Las Vegas and suggested that they change their Boston affiliate from Blacklane to JR Limo. If you are in the Boston area and need a private car, give JR Limo a try.
