Reception was great. Lobby needs to be more vibrant and one dedicated supervisor for the newly arrived guests. No one offers luggage assistance. Room with one king bed and bunk bed. Good size pirate room, but the toilet requires a facelift.
Breakfast-crowded but manageable. Parking is complimentary. Easy access to Legoland via LG2. Purchase an Annual Pass for discounts.
Will return, but the hotel seriously needs to take the business seriously.
