We brought our two kids for my son's birthday. We had never been there before and weren't sure what to expect. While a good bit of the experience was great, we were disappointed that there weren't any inexpensive food choices, especially gluten-free options.

Our favorite part was the Masters of Flight. That was really fun! It was also really cool to see the miniature versions of various cities built entirely of Legos! And the water stunt show was amazing!

Most of the Model Citizens were really nice and even wished my son a Happy Birthday! They even did a great job at keeping the restrooms clean (insert a mom happy dance here!) However, by the time we got to the Driving School, my daughter was treated poorly by the staff members. She was not allowed to ride because there weren't enough cars because everyone ran to grab one except her and my son (who followed the rules and didn't run to their cars). They should've allowed her to go on the next turn rather than just telling her to leave. It was a very disappointing and upsetting end to our day, when my kids were already so hot and tired.

I'm not sure if we will be back since my kids are ages 10 and 12 and so many of the activities are for younger kids. But we are glad we went!

Me and my family had an amazing time. So much to do. You definitely need more then one day here. Definitely recommend. Staff were all helpful and very nice. Both my 6 year and 10 year old had the time of they're life. Thank you Legoland❤️

Terrible experience. The park wasn't clean. The food prices were extraordinarily high and was awful. The attitude of several employees was we were bothering them. It was obvious they didn't like their jobs and didn't want to be there.

We had preselected some tickets and the shopping cart told me that it was empty, take it for another day but they charged me extra tickets, I asked for a refund and they told me that they could not offer me a refund, I think it is the only park in Florida that does not give this opportunity. I have tried to find solutions with them and have not been able to. Apart from when we went to many attractions closed, DON'T GO!!!

First of all, the water park is a joke: 1 and a half ride, the lazy river is shallow, short, and ugly.
The theme park itself is pretty run down.
Most importantly, NEVER get an annual pass, they won't let you cancel unless you go through a painful and lengthy process of submitting a request with all the names on the passes, pass numbers, dates, etc, waiting for the response and then confirming your cancellation.
Worse of all, they AUTOMATICALLY RENEW annual passes and steal your money without your consent. Well, technically, you gave them your consent when you signed the fine print.
Shameless. No refunds. They ignore your emails, there is no number to call. And the only response we got was to read your contract.

We went to legoland on a Wednesday with my 8 month old, 6 year old and 7 year old and it was great! There was barely any lines my kids got to go on rides twice if they wanted there was many shaded areas for for 8 month old to hang out at. There was lots of benches which was great for feeding the baby. The kids loved it and had a great time. We also did the water park and peppa and they were also great. Water park wasn’t packed.

Great employees. Cleaning staff etc. horrible management. Pirate island hotel pool was closed most of our stay. We kept getting different answers as to why only to be told on the last day it would open only for overflow if the other pool had too many people. 50 people in the pool is the cut off on the sign and they were way past 50…..WAY past!!!! We were told it was closed for unknown reasons then for regular maintenance issues then we were told on our last day that it only opens for overflow and how many guests were staying and that we should have been told at check in. Numerous eateries in the park were closed with no explanation. Over 4 dollars for a 20oz water. Near impossible to eat under $70 for a family of 4. Water park was closed two days of our visit. You are supposed to be able to watch Lego movies on demand and pick from about 5 different movies. The movie selection would not play so we were told to many people were trying to watch so we could use the channel were they were on a constant loop instead of picking the movie we wanted. Terrible tv selection in the evening when we were back in our room. Ice machine and microwave on our floor was broken and had to go to another floor. Again fantastic staff. Absolutely joke when it came to management. And the bathrooms have no exhaust vents and the humidity was as high as 86% in our room. We had it set on a/c at 68 our entire visit. The humidity was through the roof. This place has to have a mold issue with this much moisture. Absolutely disgusting not to have exhaust in a bathroom to start with let alone a hotel room in Florida!!

Interesting attractions for children, missing a prayer room for Muslim customers. Parking is expensive around 35 dollars.

We absolutely loved the park. They had so many rides for 34” kids and under, that was actually fun. I can say we really had an awesome time. The only downside is they didn’t have turkey legs like the website promotes. The Dragon’s Den only serves $15 on down hotdogs. Other than that we would likely go again.
