The tour guide is the best guy, extremely knowledgeable about rum and the company and super welcoming and funny and knows how to tell stories to his guests. I will always recommend this tour which includes complimentary cocktail you can redeem by the very beautiful token they gave you.

This was a fun tour!! Staff is friendly and the drinks/food for purchase are delicious. We had a great time. The gift shop was amazing too.

Cam, our tour guide like the rest of the Bicardi employees we came across, obviously loves her job. She did gave us a great tour. If nothing else, Bicardi has beautiful grounds. And was worth the time.

Nice welcome drink. Love a good history intro, car took us around the block, I literally could of walked it myself and when we got out to go in the visitor center it was done the block from where we started. I don’t think the tour was worth a trolley taking us all but I guess it’s included in the price.
Our tour guide Mary was 5 out of 5, nice environment, nice tour, very knowledgeable, and once you’ve done it you don’t really have to go again. Would recommend to first time goers in San Juan.

We were greeted warmly by the staff, got a free drink and learned the history of Bacardí. My only cons were we didn’t get to see the actual factory, there wasn’t any of the flavored Bacardi and not more of a mini bottles in the gift shop. But the cons are not enough for me to not recommend the tour

Learning the history of the BACARDÍ family and the process they went through to perfect the rum. Interesting how the logo BAT represents protection to the family and their product.

We had a great time and Cristian was a phenomenal tour guide. He brought the experience to life. The tour was very informative and fun. We would definitely do the legacy tour again 😁.
