A very cool experience. Learned a lot about volcanos and Icelandic history. The staff were very knowledgeable and entertaining.

Very friendly service. We kind of forgot our booking date and missed our assigned show. The staff were more than accommodating and allowed us to see the show on a different date and time.
Check in was really easy. The complimentary drink was VERY good and the bar area was very nice too.
We got balcony seats for the private after show. This personalized experience really added to the show. However, I think watching the show on the main level looked more entertaining because they were so much closer.
One of the best experiences we had in Iceland.

Samantha did an amazing job explaining the geological facts about volcanos and lava. The event was super cool an amazing chance to see lava up close in personal!!! Throughly enjoyed it

The advert on IcelandAir then posters around the town sparked our interest and it was such a good experience.
We booked the Premium experience (drink, balcony seating, behind-the-scenes look and piece of lava to take home) and it was well worth it.
Iain was so knowledgeable and friendly, answering questions with great knowledge from local geography to volcanos more generally.
Worth the 30 mins walk from central Reykjavik!

It was really good and for the next time I would choose seats direcrly in front of the lava, for even better feeling. I deff recommend it, you can learn a lot from it if you are not that familiar with lava

We went twice to the Lava Show in Vik and we figured it's time to see the one in Reykjavik as well. Happy to report that it was just as fun as the "original" one. And also different so it didn't feel like we were seeing the exact same thing for the third time. Of course, the main attraction is always the hot lava, but the focus of the story is a different one: the erruptions on Reykjanes. Bastian was our host/teacher and Casper was our lava cook/costume model and they were both a blast. We'll be sure to bring our friends next time!
