We received the service that was described when booking. The driver was waiting for us with a sign, was polite and helped with our suitcases. Thank you very much for a great start to our holiday.

Ride was for 5 people and utility vehicle was barely big enough for the 4 with luggage. Had to walk to the parking deck with luggage to get to the vehicle. Had an Uber ride during the stay that had more room for our party and was $200 cheaper for the same distance.

Flight was a little late and then upon landing found no one to pick me up. New years was spent in the back of a taxi. No call from driver and could not get an answer when trying to call.
