The airboat ride and tour itself were ok,our boat Captain went an emotional somewhat angry rant and even asked if there were any Karen’s on board for about 15 uncomfortable minutes.He even made us late for our bus back to town.I never would’ve went if I had known it was going to be like that.

Excellent driver and the fellow riders were great. Easy in and out from downtown New Orleans. Plenty of gators and wildlife with many video and picture moments. Such a unique and beautiful area.

Brian our first bus driver from Gray Line Tours on the way there was AMAZING! Honestly I would give the trip 5 ⭐️ but unfortunately we didn’t have him on the way back and the bus driver who was suppose to take our group back left without us… we were suppose to leave by 11:45 from the airboat adventures after our tours and they must have left early because we waited 15 minutes past that time and checked inside and was told they left and that they would turn around and get us quick…. Fast forward to two hours later where they finally showed up after they drove a half hour to the meeting point and back with a whole new group of visitors and once we got on the bus, had to proceed to wait until another group was finished with their tour before we could leave… unfortunately it pushed our day back by 3 HOURS because of that transportation mishap of not making sure they had all the passengers they dropped off with them….however, the Swamp tour was AMAZING and I highly recommend it. Ramon our tour guide was amazing and made sure to catch all the good pictures and sights of alligators as well as shared lots of facts about the swamp area. 10/10 for the swamp tour (completely different company than Gray Line Tours)

We had a great time. We had a group of nine people. Everyone was in the same boat and our tour Director was very good. Would recommend it if you’re interested in alligators and wildlife out in the swamps.

I really enjoyed the unique experience that only an airboat provides for exploring the bayous and waterways. From the gentle trolling through shallow, narrow passages observing wildlife, to the excitement of skimming over the water at high speed, it was fun and informative from beginning to end. It was great to hear from the local pilots about Cajun history and stories about early use of cypress and peat moss in industry during the early 20th century, and how it affects the bayou to this day. Amazing!

Captain Larry is awesome! And a big shout out to Marshmallow Bob, the HUGE alligator. It was awesome to get into nature after a few days in the French Quarter. Very low key and informative. Truly beautiful too. Must do!

My mum and I’s experience on the Airboat was amazing! We had the best time and were even able to feed the alligators we saw marshmallows. Everything was very well-organized, and the coach to the town of Jean Lafitte was very comfortable thanks to our great driver, Alton. The captain of our air boat was an ultra-experienced local who gave us a thrilling and safe ride. Would definitely recommend to anybody I know coming to New Orleans!
