It was a lovely tour, our guide Alessandro made sure to keep us all together and leave no one behind in a crowded place like Como, Bellagio and Varenna. He always was clear in his directions about our meeting points and free time! To put a cherry on top, he always had a bright smile and positive energy around, even when things were chaotic due to one of the couples being hard to manage.
Alessandro also made sure we were first everywhere and got the best seats!
The itinerary was quite well put and we got a great taste of all 3 places while relaxing on the cruise!

Small group tour was definitely worth small extra cost.
Transport was timely instead of time consuming.
The tour company was attentive, with contact day before with helpful reminder info, which no other tour has done.
The guide was amazing. She was super enthusiastic, positive & friendly.
She made our day relaxed & fantastic.
It was personal, like being with a friend!
Would definitely recommend tour company, guide & this tour.

Alessandro was our guide. He was amazing. It was a very detailed tour. 2 trains, 2 ferries, He was super organized, very knowledgeable and made sure every little detail was covered, from 1st class tickets, letting us know exactly where to sit on the ferry for the best view - and positioned us timely so we don’t have to wait in line. He had very good recommendations during our free time in Como, Varenna and Bellagio for the best coffee, food, handmade goods that each town was known for. Alessandro has a great personality and was always checking to make sure the group stayed together. He was very patient and even made sure we got back to our hotel after the tour was over.
I highly recommend the tour

A train strike meant our tour had to be changed last minute. Our guide, Claudia, did a fantastic job with the change of itinerary making this go as smoothly as possible. She was also very informative and friendly. This company also has excellent customer service, which is much appreciated as not all companies are like this. They seem to really want to provide a great experience, as opposed to just taking your money. I'd therefore definitely go on another tour with them and hopefully will again sometime soon.
