Nice excursion coming off our Royal Caribbean cruise for the day. We had a chance to explore Florence on our own for a few hours, and Pisa for an hour. There’s a lot of walking from where the bus leaves you to get to the touristy areas. Not great for my elderly parents, but fine for the rest of us (adults and teens).

We really enjoyed the tour and the bus was nice as well as the driver and tour guide Alex. The sites were great, however we never were able to get the overview of Florence as you see in the picture on the ad for the tour. That is taken across the river from a hill on the other side but they do not go there. That was disappointing. I have been there before and was looking forward to sharing the experience with my husband and daughter who have not been there before.
Florence was amazing and so was Pisa! The drawback on the bus is that you cannot successfully hook into their Internet. It is not an easy task. If you will need to charge your phone, be sure to bring an Italian adapter but you should be able to plug-in in certain places on the bus. overall good tour!!! be on time!

This is a good tour if you want reliable transportation- like we did because we were on a cruise ship schedule - but prefer to explore on your own.
We had a decent amount of time to see the highlights in both Florence and Pisa. The tour guide also offered tips/itineraries for both.
Our only issue was that they had apparently moved the meeting time to an hour earlier, and we were not informed. We were lucky that they didn’t leave without us but another group was not so lucky and ended up missing the tour. Hopefully they got a refund because it definitely wasn’t clear that there had been a change.
The tour itself was exactly as expected though.

This listing leads you to believe that you are getting a "driver" to Pisa and Florence in an air conditioned vehicle, when in reality you are on a tour bus with 50+ people (no restroom). They mention a shuttle bus on voucher which we thought was the public shuttle that you must take from the port to meet all private shuttles and drivers. Viator will not refund your money. We ended up getting a private driver for the same price and not using this. This is a very misleading listing.

Our guide and amount of time given at each location was perfect however the van that was transporting us had a roof that was badly leaking and there was a rain storm. When the wind would blow the roof would leak more and while there were some people who got more or less wet because of it no seat was completely dry.

Very strict departure time, but overall, good time in Florence and Pisa. Our guide suggested some fun & worthwhile places to see, which we appreciate. However, we were very disappointed that there was no wifi on the bus! Guide keeps telling you to rate them, well, here it is! FIX YOUR WIFI!

I chose this for me and my family because we definitely wanted to see the Leaning Tower of Pisa and Florence even though time would be tight as we were on a cruise and had only a few hours. This tour picked us up right at the dock, they explained everything to us on the way to Florence so that we could maximize our time by deciding what we wanted to see in the short period of time we had. We then went to Pisa and took all the fun pictures. History was explained to us on the way there and pick ups and drops off went smoothly. It's cheaper to buy this excursion directly from the tour operators when you arrive at the port but I wanted the experience guarantee that Trip Advisor offered so I had no problem paying a little extra. Highly recommend!

No bus turned up so no trip. Been trying to contact Viator but you are very difficult to contact Will you email me back. Very disappointed with the service. Really worth no stars
