The tour is good option for a family or group up to 8 people, Mr Kesara and his colleague are very helpful and flexible for itinerary during entire day. They take good photographs as well.

I booked this tour last minute. We are traveling in Japan as a family of 6 with 4 young children so was seeking something that could both fit us and accommodate our unique needs.
We were able to select a later time in the day. The guides were able to answer my questions and for anything they didn't know made a strong effort to answer them. We set the itinerary and was able to choose our own adventure.
Recommend this for anyone seeking a similar experience in Kyoto.

Very nice and knowledgeable guide. Very good driver. I felt safe and taken care of. I traveled with my daughter. They took us wherever we wanted to go. I would definitely recommend.

Kashara was our driver who was so thoughtful and professional. We enjoyed our customized tour and Kashara was very accommodating. It was a perfect experience and day exploring Kyoto.

The Guys are nice and good drivers but not very organized or knowledgeable. Take care the train from Osaka to Kyoto, it’s only 15 minutes. They insisted on picking us up from Osaka hotel and we were stuck in traffic for an hour. That was after, a 45 minutes late start to begin with.

Perfect way too get around Kyoto and see many things in one day which you could not do without a driver.

This was pretty much just a transportation service. Our guide was very nice and polite, but really didn’t offer much insight or extra information about the different sights and places. The vehicle was clean, but not luxury by any means and no bottled water was provided like in the description. It was fine for our family since we had kids with us and it took the hassle out of planning the routes to the different sites but I would not do again.

Went during December, our guide, Keshara has been very helpful and responsive on our trip. To add to the recommended list of destinations, we highly recommend going to Gion for Japanese goods.
