Absolutely a waste of money. No real selection of food, only beer, coffee and a very small selection of cold drinks. The eating area is very small and doubles as the relaxation area too. Chairs are very uncomfortable ( we spent 5 hours trying to get comfortable) air conditioning either not working or set to 26deg C or so it felt. Can't believe it cost AUD101.00 per person. ? Never use this lounge again.

Comfortable for a long stay over. Expensive however while the food was plentiful there was no variation in cuisine so for those who prefer something other than Malaysian food don’t bother and a small glass of wine was $14 aud which is not covered by $130 per person charge.

Absolutely horrendous. Tables dirty, people sleeping everywhere like zombies, no food being served. Impossible to believe with the 198RM charge. Pathetic place

I was at Kuala Lumpur International Airport (20 Sept 2023, at 1800 hours), where i ordered 3 hot chocolates, and a warm tuna croissant. This took some time as no one was at the counter; all staff were either making drinks or washing up, a poor sign from the start! The croissant filling, when it arrived, was cold . We only received 2 hot drinks. These 2 hot chocolates were completely undrinkable. The service staff were unapologetic, offering a single americano as replacement when I complained.
As a global brand, one expects a minimum level of quality of service and refreshments. I was appalled at the poor service and awful food and drink for which i paid MYR 81.45, (and still have the receipt) being offered no refund or apology when requesting some kind of response. This is the first time i have been to Costa (anywhere in the world) to encounter such poor quality. Costa has a near monopoly of trade at KLIA, yet seems unable to provide the minimum quality of food, beverages and service. There is no excuse whatsoever. I have to say this was an unprecedented experience for me. It has only been in KLIA (among the many Costas I have visited) that i encountered such poor service and such unpleasant refreshment.
How on earth HMSHost, the company that administer this franchise has a licence to operate I do not know, but assume it has nothing to do with their ability to conduct this business properly.

Tranqil after the first flight in our two step trip. Quiet. staff very attentive and helpful, Offered a neck and shoulder massage. Showers were available too. Food was well presented with plenty of salad vegetables and fresh fruit. Seats with charging statins available. Chairs were comfortable. Could not fault our experience in the lounge

After an active day in downtown KL my wife and I were desperate to get out of our clammy clothes and refresh ourselves and the shower facilities didn’t fail to deliver! Spotlessly clean with complimentary items such as razor, comb, toothbrush and paste as well as high quality shower gels. We both agreed that the shower was bang on! The food and beverages were, sadly, not to a similar standard.
Described as cosmopolitan AND Malay buffet, the food was poor in my opinion with limited choice. The non-alcoholic drinks were unlimited but we’re only available in grubby plastic thimble sized glasses.
The lounge was busy, the Wi-Fi was free and there were some secluded areas that did allow for some much needed relaxation.
I paid +£80 for this 3 hour opportunity.
I’m not sure I’d pay this amount again just for a shower at this facility again.

This lounge is small with no quiet areas. The tinny phone sounds and pointless Muzak were off-putting and not conducive to lounging.
But the food and drink options were good.

This is a new lounge as it used to be located at the other section of the KLIA 1 which required to take the airport tram to. Now it is located right in the main KLIA 1 terminal near G gates. Bright and spacious ambience. Good spread is decent with both main and starters. Alcohol is available. Shower facilities are present.

This lounge NO LONGER exists in the international transit area. In other words, if you are in Kuala Lumpur between international flights, there is no lounge in this area. This is according to the Malaysia Airport authority. They said it closed during the pandemic.

The site says it’s in the security transit area. It is NOT. To get to their other lounge, you must exit immigration and come back in through security & customs and HOPE you don’t need to get a visa. U. S. Travelers: check to see if you need a visa to get back in to catch your connecting international flight. Wow. It was awful. We walked all over the international transit area and finally flagged the Malaysian airport authority. What a waste.
