A very memorable and somewhat sobering experience. A fascinating insight into a significant era of history. The guide (Michal) was very good and informative. He was very passionate about telling us about this difficult part of Polish history!!

Really informative guide. The visit was during fantastic weather which meant it was easy to get around. There is a lot of walking on uneven surfaces so you do need to be reasonably fit.
Auschvitz is quite crowded, Bergenau less so. Amazing to see and get just a little understanding of just how awful this place was. I don’t think you can ever fully comprehend the horror but I am so glad to visited

This is a very moving tour, particularly going to Birkenau. We heard a lot of stories about tour companies cancelling trips a few days before, but we had no problems at all with Hello Cracow. They were extremely efficient, communicated well through WhatsApp and our driver, Lukasz was excellent, giving us a tour on the way to the camp and explaining all the sights. We would highly recommend. Thank you Lukasz!
