The tour guide was knowledgable and spoke English well. Very insightful tour. Too crowded inside during the tour. Groups should be less than 10 at a time.

Overall good museum wouldn’t recommend a tour guide as we were rushed round and didn’t get too look at many things

Our tour guide had a PhD in History and was clearly so passionate about the topic. My husband said this tour was his favorite thing we have done this far in Krakow. It was an incredible tour!

This was a fascinating and most interesting tour. Our guide was incredibly knowledgeable and through his insights and knowledge, connected us to life in Krakow in the Nazi years and how the Jews of the city were treated.
As with any guided tour, there was no time to actually examine the exhibits and photographs on display, nor the many items of descriptive text and letters. On our next visit, we shall return to the museum and go round in our own time. However, this tour really will have prepared us for that.
Schindler remains a bit of a mystery. Was he a good man or a bad man who got lucky? The truth may be more complex.
The tour is recommended
The factory is on Lipowa 4. To get there by tram, take the 20 as far as Zablocie. The museum is a short walk from there. There are also some rather nice cafes and restaurants nearby.
