Our guide Valentino was amazing, took us to all the main sites, explained the history, stopped to let us take ohotos and look in a church. Also gave us recommendations for restaurants and bars. We really felt we had thoroughly explored Krakow thanks to this amazing guide. Big thank you to Valentino.

Excellent tour, guide was knowledge and helpful, he gave us so much information . The pick up location was central and the drop off worked well for us. I would highly recommend doing this first in your vacation, it will highlight lots of interesting areas to see.

A good overall introduction to Krakow in 1.5 hrs was just right for us. Jacob did a great job complementing the recorded portions of the tour with his remarks & answering questions. We were able to cover more areas while riding in the cart than had we been walking, which we appreciated, and were able to hit highlights of Krakow we were interested in. Easy & clear meeting point, Jacob also called on our cellphone to let us know of a slight traffic delay which was tops in communication. At the end of the tour, Jacob kindly dropped us off at our requested convenient spot.
He was a careful driver, thoughtful on the times spent at each point of interest and attentive.
The only detail that could be better was that sometimes it was hard to hear well (being in the back with the ambient traffic noise competing); perhaps a second speaker closer to the back and a microphone for speaking while facing front (of course while driving) would be helpful - the only reason for 4 stars instead of 5.
We did enjoy the tour very much.

Had a wonderful time, driver went above and beyond for us and was an amazing way to see the whole city without having to keep up with a group or spend hours on a tour. The cart was really comfy and a great way to learn so much about all the city’s history!

This is a great way to get your bearings in Krakow and see the city. It was raining the day we did this and the carts have plastic sides which meant we got to see a lot and stay dry. Our guide played a recording at each stop to give some information but also supplemented it and gave us lots of extra information himself.
The tour lasts an hour and a half and it’s a perfect way to see Krakow if you don’t want to walk around.

Best way to see the city up close. Our tour ended up like a personal tour because it was only me and my husband. We booked the 3pm tour and our driver/tour guide Valentino, gave us one of the best city tour we ever had. He was very knowledgeable of the city's history, and was eager to share to us tips of anything.... where the best steak is...best garden pubs and restos... cheapest place to go for a drink...best place to get the local version of their pizza...the church where students pray to a saint so they will pass an exam...and best place to have real authentic polish cuisine (Morskie Oko- we went twice!)..and so much more. He took us to the different districts and took time to explain and show us the places that are must see. He also gave us time for a quick stop to take photos. We even managed to sit and have our photo taken next to Jan Karski. Valentino,you are gem! Dziekuje
