Nice idea to spend time with friends. We went on evening cruise. There is a bar on board so we could enjoy Kraków by night with our drinks. Crew very friendly and helpful. Ship clean and comfortable - a lot of seats and tables to choose from.

We booked a 7.15pm 'cruise', We got there with plenty of time to spare, even though there's no actual signage as to where to go when we got to the actual river. Only one boat was lit up so we assumed it was that one. Someone eventually appeared and said we could get onto that one, get a drink at the bar, then climb off that one onto the actual trip boat.
There were only 4 of us on board so it must've been boring for the driver but he had headphones in, was on Tik Tok on his phone, made a couple of calls and only looked up every now and again to make sure he wasn't going to crash into anything.
It's not the most expensive thing to do in Krakow so we weren't expecting the QE11 but a safety brief and some interaction may have been nice.

This was a terrible expeirience.. there was no tour guide pointing out the landmarks or information, and the wondows were blocked by something in front of them so we could not see anything at all out of the windoe. Tried speaking wirh viator for a redund as this spoiled our teip and was a waste of money. They refused a refund and sais they dis not see an issue. Avoid at all coats

Good way to see the city at night, decent trip length with an on-board bar
Advised to wrap up warm as it gets very cold. Only issue we had was it was a bit difficult to find as the map takes you too far up river had to ask another provider to help but found it in the end.

Went with Get Your Guide . You meet at some place away from the river and the guide took you to the boat .
We sat upstairs as it was a clear night , lots of stars ( saw a shooting star too ) . Only issue was no commentary on the outside deck so we were unsure what we saw / context of things & didn’t know the dragon was going to breathe fire so didn’t film it .
Great going under the bridges
Enjoyed it . Cost approx £12 each .
