Yesterday (1st October 2023) I joined my family for the Kids Tour of the Tower of London and Tower Bridge. Both locations were superbly brought to life by our guide Lucy, who I cannot praise highly enough. She managed effortlessly to keep our party of 9 enthralled throughout the 4 hour tour, no mean feat given the group's age range from 6 to 77! The Tower, the ravens, the pass-word ceremony and the Crown Jewels were highlights, as well as being lucky enough to be on the glass walkway when Tower Bridge opened... not just once but twice! Highly, highly recommended. Thank you Lucy!

Alexandra was an incredible tour guide!! She was SO knowledgeable and FUN and our kids haven’t stopped talking about her fabulous tour of the Tower of London. Our tour guide was fantastic. She was engaging with our six year old and was completely understanding of our four year old’s bad mood. We would absolutely use this tour and guide again

We really enjoyed the tour of the Tower of London and Tower Bridge.
I have been to those attractions before and this year I decided to go with my family. We opted for a private tour because we wanted to get the most out of this experience, especially for our kids (8 and 11).
It makes such a big difference having a guide that selects and shows you all the most important places and at the same time keeps the kids captivated.
Dan, our guide, did an amazing job, making sure the kids were entertained while giving the whole family a fascinating and thoroughly enjoyable experience.

Lucy had an enormous depth of knowledge. She was a wonderful story teller and a great sense of humor. I would highly recommend her especially with children.

Amazing experience! No one should go to London of Tower without a private tour. Dan was fantastic tour guide (the best we have ever had)! He was great with our 7 year old and he is an amazing story teller. We had private tours all over Europe but this one was the best ever! If you can get DAN, it will be the time of your life. It was the best tour ever! and we can't recommend it enough! Definately worth it! Dan is more than a tour guide! He will make sure you have a memorable experience that will be with you for ever. Our 7 year old still talks about DAN and what a great tour guide he was. My husband and I loved him as without him, the London Tower would have been "just another tour". All we kept on saying was "OMG this was so worth it" If you think about the price, don't think again. For what they offer and the experience, it is beyond worth it!

Our tour guide knew history and her way around to avoid lines. She was very good at history and made it interesting. She was accommodating and took photos for us. One complaint - viator should have educated the tour guides about the seriousness of food allergies. My child could die. She made jokes about it and asked if it was "contagious" She was also eating when we arrived on time which was unprofessional and could have put my kids in danger. I don't think viator communicated what I wrote on the form or educated her properly.
