Well, after waiting in line, an hour in the heat three minutes before we were supposed to board they canceled our trip for some reason. I sure hope that we get our money back. we were so looking forward to going on the sunset cruise and there was a group of six of us.

We booked the sunset cruise which was 5/15 at 6:45. When we checked in we were offered an upgrade for drinks which I think was 9.99 each. When it came time to board we were informed they were not going to go out. No explanation whatsoever. They offered to put us on another cruise, no food, and the cheapest wine and champagne ever. Now I have to deal with trying to get a refund at least for the upgrade.

The boat was really nice. The crew was great, and the drinks were good and the sunset was spectacular. The hors d’oeuvres were a little disappointing.

We paid for a catamaran with live music, hors d’ourves, and a full open bar. We were told at the last minute that our boat wouldn’t be going out due to maintenance issues. We were told we could go on a smaller boat with no food, no live band, and only beer, wine, and sangria for “no extra charge” when we should have been given a partial refund. Not good customer service in our opinion. Plus side: the boat staff were apologetic and awesome to sail with!!!!!
