It was a trip that should not be missed whether you are a flower lover or not. The Keukenhof was a truly amazing experience to have so many varieties of beautiful well taken care of gardens, absolutely stunning! The tulip experience was also enjoyable and informative about the history of tulips and the cultivation. I wish we were given a bit more time at the tulip experience even I was in the last week of the tulip season.

7 million bulbs, 1.5 million visitors during the 45 days it is open from April to mid-May. If you are in Amsterdam during this time this is a no miss experience to see. Viator did a great job getting us there and even stopped down the road at the privately run Tulip Experience which was educational and enjoyable.

We thoroughly enjoyed this trip. It was the end of the tulip season, so the tulip fields and gardens weren't as spectacular as they would be in peak season but we still saw plenty tulips.
The tulip experience was very informative and a free hot drink provided.
The Keukenhof gardens are stunning, even with a lot of the tulips gone.
Our guide, Diederik was fantastic and kept us informed throughout the trip. He gave a wonderful running commentary as we drove to each stop and was full of information and tips. He even gave us a short guided tour at the Keukenhof Gardens.
We would definitely do this trip again, preferably though a few weeks earlier next year to hopefully get the best of the tulip show on the fields and at the garden

A must do if you're into all about tulip mania! The driver was very helpful, the guide was less organised. It's a big group so beware if you have people who don't have good time management in the tour, you'd end up wasting time waiting for strangers.

The Tulip Experience was just what we needed to see. The commercial tulip fields had mostly been cut by the time of our visit (April 30) and we were disappointed to not see the massive display of color. The Tulip Experience and the Keukenhof Gardens brought all the flowers up close and personal for photos and walking around.

I booked this tour for my senior parents who visited the Netherlands specifically to see the tulips. This trip was a great orientation for the follow up (independent) visits. Would also be great for someone who is somewhat pressed for time. The pick up place was easy to find and they had a great time - thank you.
