People were very friendly and accommodating. Events were fun and there was a lot to do. We had a great time and would go again for another airboat ride.

It was a fun trip to KSC, it is worth the money to see this place! The Airboat ride was around mid afternoon, and while it does take away some time at KSC, it was worth it for the added experience and very enjoyable. Our guide provided interesting information on the way and drop off at the pickup point was flawless. It is a bit pricey but you will thank yourself later!

We were delighted with our all inclusive experience. (Minus food) The Gray Line bus with our tour guide Oscar Noriyuki picked us up just minutes from our hotel. We arrived at the KSC gates where Oscar handed us our tickets and our adventure began. After touring KSC, we boarded the bus for our air boat ride. Everything was so well planned and very convenient. Oscar also gave very good advice on how to navigate KSC so we were able to see all that was important to us. It was an enjoyable, stress free experience.

We booked the tour through FloridaTX and called the local number once in the resort. The time and place of the pickup were confirmed, in our case 0735 at the ballroom entrance of Loews Royal Palace hotel.
At around 0730, a Gray Line employee approached us (they were picking up a different tour) to tell us that our coach was on route.
At 0734, the coach arrived and we were greeted by an energetic Angelina.
There were other stops on the way to pick up other parties and the journey to KSC took about an hour or so through Orlando traffic.
Angelina explained her recommended route around KSC to avoid school trips, cruise ship excursions etc.
On arrival, Angelina got us in line and went to help a member of our party sort out an issue with their ticket.
Whilst doing this, she was everywhere, sorting out other visitors in to different queues (they were not Gray Line customers) as KSC staff are absent.
7 on the coach were off to the airboat ride and had to be back by 2-45, the remainder at 4-45. This was important to avoid some of the traffic.
We followed Angelina’s route, working clockwise around and stopping for food at the main entrance. Then on the transport to Apollo . We missed out on the Astronauts talk and were on the coach to the airboat at 2-45.
The airboat ride seemed longer than 39 minutes, stopping to hear about local wildlife and seeing 4-5 alligators close to.
All very safe.
Back on the coach! Back to KSC!
Most of the rest of the party were back on the coach before 4-45 but there was a delay waiting for one person. We set off at 5-00 heading back to Orlando.
A 12hr day with much thanks To Gray Line and Angelina, not forgetting Earl the driver.

Really friendly and informative day at space centre and on the airboat ride. Rockets and living dinosaurs all in one day. We even saw dolphins and eagles. I felt very safe as a solo traveller and would definitely recommend this tour!

Angelina the guide was excellent, she was constantly ensuring we were having a good time and answering any questions. Gave really good recommendations too.
The driver Abdul drove carefully and was friendly.

Absolutely amazing tour with Bonni today. We went to Kennedy Space Centre and then on an airboat trip to see the Alligators. Bonni was very informative and also very funny, telling us jokes the whole way! Best tour guide ever, thank you Bonni we will remember our trip for life!

Had a fun day at Kennedy Space Centre. Unfortunately due to the weather the airboat was cancelled but that totally can’t be helped. It would be unsafe to be out on the water with lightning. Our tour guide Bonni was lovely, she picked us up on time and was super friendly and informative. Would recommend this trip.
