Worst trip ever. Over an hour late to leave. The boat ride was horrible. There was no help getting in or out of the boat. Snaks is chips and a soda.

The zodiac raft was very tough and rough ride for most of the trip. The scenery was beautiful and the crew was great. Just wasn’t expecting to have to hold a rope to stay on the raft the whole trip. Going into the sea caves was amazing. Lunch was even good. As the planner of this trip I will not live it down. I thought it was amazing but difficult

Unbelievable experience. The sea life, sea caves and scenery were amazing. Rick and Ono were were full of I formation…. At least I think that was his name! For sure would do this trip again

The ride was fantastic. What wasn't was the boarding process. My wife and I were there for our 35th wedding anniversary and there plenty early. We ended up last on the boat! There were eight people crowded on one side some of whom were large people. There was no room to get comfortable. She ended up moving to the other side of the boat which wasn't cool, cause we don't have a lot of pictures together. The company should have a better plan for seating their clients and maybe sell fewer tickets. I'd have paid more!
Anyway, Captain Rich and Kulukai, were great. Rich knew the history of the island and is a skilled boatsman. The sites were fantastic. They did a great job.
The weather was calm. If it had been rough, it might not have been as enjoyable, so think about that before you book, we got lucky. You actually sit on the rubber rails and hold on to ropes. Blisters can happen, you will get wet, maybe bring a light raincoat of windbreaker, because after swimming you might feel a little chilly.

This tour would have been awesome if the Capt (Gabe B) wasn't so immature and doing stupid things like pulling doughnuts in the ocean. And mind you I've spent most of my life on boats since I was a kid and also have been on plenty of Zodiac tours on 3 other islands and on the mainland as well (Nor Cal and So cal) and it's really easy for me to understand when someone is just driving like a jerk and being wreckless especially when the water was so calm (in my opinion under 1 foot waves).
He also yelled at my partner for asking to use a simple snorkeling float noodle. To make it even worse, he reduced our snorkeling time to just 10mins when every other Zodiac snorkeling I've been on gave us a minimum of 35mins to snorkel. This captain also sped through the cave portions and then complained about his job.
And just as an FYI I never ever like to write any negative reviews as its not something that I like to put energy into but this particular Capt is really pretty wreckless and overall problematic. Also we went on other trips oon Kauai island and it was night and day when we compared him to other captains. We then spoke about this above boat/dive experience another tour crew aactuallyand they actually told us that this guy was recently fired from thier crews and company because of his problematic behaviors and complaints.

The zodiac Na Pali coast tour. It was an experience of a lifetime! The crew, Captain Rich and Cali, made sure to stop and explain the history of the area throughout the trip, as well as stopped to point out different animals as they swam by us. The views were spectacular! Most importantly, the crew made sure we were safe and anticipated our needs throughout the excursion!

The captain and guide were very helpful and gave us a safe, informative trip. The safety briefing was helpful, the boating skills were on a par for what was necessary and both tried to give us a positive experience while dealing with rain, surf and currents.
We only wish we could have had the opportunity to give the staff a tip for their efforts.

My kids and I rode a fairly small Zodiac boat for nearly five hours up the NaPali Coast and back. Wow, what a thrill ride! We felt very safe with Captain Black and his teammate. The ride and views were amazing. We were able to go into a sea cave and other places that larger boats cannot. The snorkeling was great too. My son and I saw a sea turtle, and we all saw a variety of beautiful fish. Lunch was also pretty good. All in all, an amazing experience.
Definitely not an experience for those with any serious health or spine issues though.

The captain (Captain Black) did a great job, showing us the caves and wildlife history. We also enjoyed the wonderful music that he played. It sent a great vibe!
