I was disappointed in the tour. The guide was very nice so it was not that. Probably could have had a little more time at some of the stops. Was looking forward to the lunch at Waimea Plantation, not the Chicken Bucket place. Hated the lunch. Fell and hurt myself.

Sabrina (our tour guide) was awesome. Truly the tour guide makes or breaks the tour and Sabrina more than delivered. She was very knowledgeable and shared things only locals know. She is a local and shares her enthusiasm and love of her home. She pivoted when it was necessary to ensure we caught the amazing views of the canyon as the fog was starting to roll in.
Very upbeat and positive personality. She was patient with everyone and my mom felt safe with her driving. Normally my mom (who is 70 yo) gets nervous in the car with anyone driving so the fact that she felt ok says a lot.
Now about the tour itself:
We were all very happy that we decided to take this tour. The views were amazing.
We took so many pictures and the pictures don’t do the views justice.
We went to chicken in a barrel for lunch and my family agreed that this was one of the best chicken they had ever had. It was well organized. Sabrina took our orders about an hour before lunch and once we arrived, we found a table and our food was brought to us. The location of this restaurant was on a plantation and it was absolutely beautiful. The beach is within walking distance so if you have time after eating, I would recommend a walk over to the beach.
It did not feel rushed and we had enough time at each stop to take pics and enjoy the view.
Note that you should bring your own water. We did after reading some of the reviews and so no issues with thirst.
Overall, I highly recommend this tour especially if Sabrina is your tour guide.

I booked this tour the day after the Movie Tour and was very lucky to have Kaleo as our guide for the day for the 2nd time. Whilst i had already heard his welcome and icebreaker jokes already it didn't matter and he soon got the group intermingling.
This is a long tour with many stops along the way, but the locations and outstanding beauty of Kauai make this trip a "not to miss" experience. Waimea canyon is simply breath taking, but there were many other equally beautiful. Kaleo also included several movie locations (those not included in his Movie tour) which was an additional bonus.
My only criticism of this tour was the lengthy pick up at the start of the day - almost 90 mins to pick up the guests before we set off on our journey - and whilst it was pleasurable to see other hotels in other locations on the islands, on the movie tour I did the day before with the same company, these pickups were done by another transfer vehicle which saved a lot of time.
The highlights for me, other than the stunning vistas, were the stories and insights into history provided by Kaleo. I thouroughlu enjoyed this tour and would certainly recommend.

While planning our honeymoon in Kauai, my husband and I knew that we wanted to explore the island since it was our first time visiting. This all-day tour allowed us to see various beautiful sights, with transportation included from our hotel!
Sabrina, our tour guide, was wonderful and we loved her upbeat/fun personality. She made our experience that much better and even gave great local food recommendations! We also enjoyed listening to her personal stories while growing up in Kauai and the fun facts that she shared with our group. Would highly recommend!

We loved the views of Waimea Canyon and the Spouting horn. Our driver Salvatori was very knowledgeable about Kauai's history. He was friendly,and had a great sense of humor. My husband and I recommend this tour. We had a great time!
