Tour guide (kid) is very engaging throughout the Jungfrau tour. Informative and Entertaining. Helpful to take memorable photos and video. Going beyond a regular guide.

One of the best tour by far .if I can give more 5 stars I will. This tour delivers a great coverage of the Jungfrau region , thru the beautiful Interlaken and the enchanting villages of Grindelwald and Lauterbrunnen . Truly dreamy enchanting beautiful experienced. Kid is the best tour guide to experience this great beautiful country Switzerland.

I was hesitant to book the tour given the price. But I did not regret. Our guide, Kid was fantastic. I’d read some reviews stating that Kid dominated the pictures and ruined it. This is simply not the case. Kid, the guide came with experience, personality and looking back, you can appreciate that this manner kept our small group unified and made the trip memorable. Kid would take your pictures for and with you. He would show you viewing outposts, dance with you and laugh with you.
A 5-star tour and one hundred percent recommended.

This tour was quite confusing with very little time to stop, view and enjoy the scenery. The guidance wasn't very helpful and the tour guide's communication was not clear. At first, we thought it was only us but then even fellow group members also had the same feeling. We couldn't clearly get the plan of action. He even drew things on the map but before we could really understand, he moved on to the next group. The biggest confusion was when we reached at the top. Group members were separated with no clear sign of where to go next and where to meet up. Eventually everyone did manage to find each other and had a safe return but the chaotic execution was no fun at all.
Another problematic (or maybe we were expecting too much based on our previous tours in Rome and even Zurich several years ago) aspect was that he tour guide had no story telling talent and he really didn't have much to share either. Of course, we can all look up the Internet for historical elements but then why are we even with a tour guide in the first place.
Overall, disappointed with the tour.

Our guide Kid was excellent! He made sure we had the experience we paid for and that was in the brochure. He and trip did not disappoint. He was funny and entertaining and made sure that we weee happy.
The views and the sights were spectacular.
We would go again with the tour and request Kid as our guide.

Kid was an amazing tour guide. He is quirky, funny, sometimes bossy, but he works very hard and takes care of his “team.”! He never takes a break - is constantly helping people, taking pictures of all of his people and putting so much into the day and wants to make is special for everyone. I can’t say enough positive about him and most of the good pictures I got were because of him. He is a treasure to your company and puts everything into his work. Many thanks to him!

Although at first, the price of this trip might hesitate your purchase, please know that this experience was the highlight of my Switzerland trip. Our tour guide; Kid, was the perfect addition for this day-long adventure into historical and environmentally captivating encounters. Kid ensure that each member was individually welcomed and took advantage of the scenic opportunities provided.

The most important part of this tour was canceled due to the weather conditions.
While the tour.guide was very.nice, Viator or the tour operator should have a plan B and C in place so that when the weather fails, the guide doesn't have to scramble. The weather is a big factor in this tour. We were told we would get an email with a refund and I have not received anything yet. It's been 5 business days.
