My husband and I have visited many countries over the 36 years we have been married. We usually have a private guide, and somehow I was fortunate in finding Alex without help from my travel agent. Well, our time spent with Alex was the best ever. He was able to secure tickets for the Anne Frank House, which was the highlight of our entire cruise. Alex is smart, incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and funny. Amsterdam is so fortunate to have you. Alex.

Just returned from our first time in Amsterdam and spending a day touring with the best guide ever, Alex Ristanovic. He was prompt, pleasant, friendly, patient and well versed in "Everything Amsterdam" in addition to the Jewish Quarter. It was like hanging out with an old friend by the end of the tour. Communication over the months before we arrived was excellent and we are pleased to recommend Alex to anyone planning to visit anywhere in this region, as his knowledge is extensive.

Aleks was an amazing tour guide. He was very knowledgeable about Amsterdam and Holland. He added nice stories to back up his knowledge. The tour was for 3 hours, but Aleks stayed with us for 4.5 hours. He even walked us to the Anne Frank house where we took our tour of the house. He did not have to do this, but he did. The stop at the Holocaust museum was amazing. Thanks you Aleks for being a great guide

My guide started by contacting me in advance, weeks before my tour. He also confirmed my arrival in Amsterdam, and my intention to still do the tour with him. Direct communication him about our meeting place was appreciated, and the timing of my tour was adjusted to accommodate my entry ticket into the Anne Frank Huis. He got me to the Anne Frank Huis after our walking tour, and he made sure that I knew how to get back to my hotel. I truly felt like this was a VIP tour! While we were too late to see the inside of the Jewish Museum and the Portuguese Synogogue, he had photos to show me of the inside. I will know where to go back next time for a longer visit. Sometimes tourists try to pack in a lot into one day; this guide made it all work! I really enjoyed the visit to the Anne Frank Huis: every little girl reads Anne Frank's Diary and it was wonderful to actually see the hidden annex snd compare it to my imagined reality.
