This tour is the perfect mix of adventure, stunning scenery, local knowledge and chill-out time connecting to nature.
After picking you up from Sydney Central at 7 Am, we drive south to Jervis Bay, one of the most sought-after destinations in NSW (very intagrammable!). As we arrive in Jervis Bay, we get set to board a cruise to visit the local community of dolphins in the bay. Then, we go on a kind of ‘beach crawl’ (White Sand Track) to the loveliest beaches in the area, where we may have a chance to spot some beautiful native birds and even wallabies if we are lucky!
The highlight of this trip apart from the lovely dolphins is our stop at Hyams Beach and Greenfield Beach – the whitest sand in the world according to The Guinness Book of Records. That’s where we find the perfect spot to relax and enjoy a traditional Brazilian BBQ lunch served with lentil salad, garlic bread, chicken & beef (rump cap).

It was a great day loved the dolphins and the hikes to the different beaches. Mac even took us to see the light house and blowhole

It was a good full day trip, fun time, great places we stopped at, we saw dolphins during the cruise, the food was so yummy and the guides were super nice and friendly.
Not giving you 5 stars just because the bus was so uncomfortable to be for long hours travelling.

Great trip! Longer than I realized. I thought it was a 2 hour get away, but it was 3 hours one way. Lunch was grand! We asked for vegetarian options and the salads and veggies were very tasty. Highly recommend.

Our tour guide was Michael and he was great. Very friendly and conversational with everyone - especially my husband who had lots to say. His Aussie BBQ was very good and the beaches very relaxing.

Very long boring bus ride to and from a lovely place. The bay cruise with lots of dolphin sightings was great. The following excursion, not so much. If you are looking for three hours in the company of strangers on a beach with limited amenities and no planned activities, you’ll be happy. If you were hoping for any information from the guides about the area, geography, local wildlife, or history, you won’t be. The barbecue was tasty, though.

Amazing tour! It was a very well planned and value for money tour. Dolphin cruise was nice, as well as the BBQ lunch and the beach hopping afterwards.

It was really a wonderful day with full sun. We had a good Brazilian BBQ with our nice guides James and Giovanna. We were lucky seeing a few dolphins and so beautiful colours at Jervis bay with so amazing beaches.

James our tour guide from Mate Tours exceeded our expectations. He was so polite and courteous and went out of his way to make sure everyone was ok. He also cooked a wonderful bbq lunch which everyone thoroughly enjoyed.
We highly recommend Mate Tours and will definitely use them again for other tours.

Fabulous day out, excellent value for money.
Picked up by Gabriel and James, on time and 18 of us headed to Jervis bay. Lovely journey. Boat trip was amazing and we saw lots of dolphins ( very lucky that day) however boat trip was lovely in any case.
Had a great bbq, cooked by James and food was delicious. Plenty of water, pop and food (we all had seconds)
We stayed at the first beach but you could walk to a further 2 beaches within 25 mins.
Journey back good, got back at 7.15pm and James and Gabriel were great guides.
All in all a fabulous day 👍
