One of our best trip we ever had. To be honest, even a small details was very well organised in advance! Also the drivers at both sides were very kind, friendly and helpful. We really appreciate it, we would like to recommend this great tour that gives opportunity to covers Jerusalem and Bethlehem highlights when you have no time!

Overall. Regarding our tour of Jerusalem and Bethlehem, we traveled from Amman to the Jordanian-Israeli border with a wonderful driver. He asked us to call him on the way back so that he would be waiting for us at the border.
With our tour guide Tzur on the Israeli side in Jerusalem and Bethlehem, it was an interesting experience.
In Jordan, our driver and guide were both skilled and competent. Dealing with Emad was easy, professional, and fantastic. Our tour was fantastic and comes highly recommended.

After we booked this tour through Viator we connected directly with the tour operator. He spoke good English and he informed us the process of crossing the Amman - Israeli border explaining that on the other side of the border an English speaking driver will pick us up and give us a tour of Jerusalem and Bethlehem and bring us back the next day. The taxi driver who showed up did not speak English and he insisted on talking us on a tour (in incoherent language ). The tour actually called for us getting a free afternoon and the tour was supposed to be next day. Then we had to call tour operator, VIP Jordan Limo and have him explain to the driver what we were told and expecting. Finally he agreed and dropped us at the hotel. After a few hours we start getting text messages from the tour operator saying we took too long at the border (which is not under our control) and that we have to $100 extra. This is after we have $1200 for this trip and no where does it say anything about time at the border control and extra etc. He pretty much wanted us to confirm we would pay blackmailing the next days programs. This was completely unexpected and trying to reason with him got us nowhere. We were worried where he would not take us back the next day. So we had to compromise with him by completely foregoing the next days trip (missing Bethlehem) and returning to the border. CAUTION IF TOU WORK WITH THESE GUYS AND Viator should be held responsible for dealing with them and providing this horrible service. DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL!!

We booked this trip during the extra 2 days we had while traveling to Jordan because it had always been our dream to visit Jerusalem. Creative made that dream come true, and we were incredibly pleased with the service they provided. For the first time in a very long time, no one in the family had any complaints. Strongly recommended

We had a wonderful driver who took us from the Dead Sea to the border. Border crossing was interesting. The entire process, from picking us up at the Dead Sea to meeting our guide on the Israeli side of the border, took about an hour. We had no issues at all with visas. To cross the Israeli border, you must wait for a bus that leaves from the Jordanian border, and it appears to run frequently. With our knowledgeable guide, we enjoyed two wonderful days in Bethlehem and Jerusalem. Although the buses are a little slower on the way back, we arrived home by around 5 o'clock.
We spent two days there, and it was fantastic. It is highly recommended.

During two days, we took a tour of Jerusalem and Bethlehem. Our tour guide, who escorted us and was kind and informed, was very helpful in tailoring the tour to our party. Everyone found it interesting because we were a mix of first-timers and returnees to Jerusalem. We were astounded at how much of the Old Town we were able to view. Very much worth a trip. Many thanks
