We'll be picking you up from your hotel lobby at around 7:30 AM (depending on your location). Once you're in our minibus, we'll drive you to our Marine located in Phuket Boat Lagoon. There, you'll enjoy a light refreshment and get an introduction to your tour program from our experienced and friendly English-speaking tour guide. We're so excited to have you on our tour! For the more adventurous souls, there are opportunities to try exciting water activities such as jet skiing and banana boat rides (available for rent from a private vendor on the island). As the sun begins to set, we will make our way back to the pier, where you can enjoy a cup of coffee or tea while waiting for your driver to take you back to your hotel. We estimate that you will arrive back at your hotel between 6:15 pm and 6:45 pm. • High-slope/mountain location. Vehicles might have trouble, meet driver down to the road for pick-up
• Unfortunately, due to our tight tour schedules, our adventures aren't ideal for cruise ship guests. We sincerely apologize for this limitation and any inconvenience it may cause. We encourage you to explore other options for experiencing the area during your cruise stop. We wish you a wonderful time on your journey!
• We are happy to accommodate vegetarian dietary preferences and ask that you please advise us of your needs at the time of booking. We will do our best to ensure that you have a satisfying and enjoyable meal during the tour.
• We recommend that you bring along items you would normally bring to the beach, such as sun-tan lotion, hats, sunglasses, beach towels waterproof bags or plastic bag, and a change of clothes if needed. While our boat does have a toilet, it may be cramped if you need to change clothes inside. Therefore, we recommend wearing your swimsuit under your clothing to make it easier to change.
• We do provide our guests with complementary soft drinks and water, as well as fresh fruits, during their visit to Khai Island. However, please be aware that additional services, such as beach chair rental and the purchase of alcoholic drinks, may be offered and charged by the local vendors.
• We pride ourselves on offering smooth and enjoyable boat trips, and while rain doesn't pose any issues, high winds can create choppy waters and affect our planned course. We closely monitor weather conditions and keep our passengers informed of any necessary changes to ensure their safety and comfort

• Not allowed for travelers with heart problems or other serious medical conditions
• The bumpy ride may cause discomfort or back pain for passengers over 70, so we have age restrictions in place.
