The tour guide was excellent and really well informed. He also struck the right balance between respecting the seriousness of the topic and bringing in some light humour where appropriate. Really excellent job.

If I could give this company 0 stars, I would. They never sent a confirmation email about our tour. We went to the location anyway and waited per their instructions. No one showed up so we tried chatting and calling the number on our confirmation. Now when asking for a refund, these scammers are lying and will not give us a refund for the four of us because they say that the tour did go on and that they were there. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! They are SCAMMERS!!! Don't waste your precious time on your vacation on them. Choose another company to go with for Jack the Ripper tour.

Extremely disappointed as the guide never turned up, we waited 1/2 hr after the meet time Another 10 people there also. Tried to email and ring...no reply or answer. Not a good feeling being scammed!!

The guide was very welcoming making everyone feel at ease even going out of his way to make 3 German students at ease by welcoming them in German. He was very informative of the facts of the as he guided as around the street whilst making sure everyone was able to continue at a comfortable pace. His unique prospective of concentrating on the victim's and the way in which they were killed and the most likely reasons for their reasons for being in there due to the nature of the time in which they were living made this a very pleasant and well worth experience.

Jerico our guide went at a nice pace and was very well informed. Respectful towards the subject but entertaining. The 2 hours flew by and I learned far more about the era, the facts of the case and the multitude of fictions since.
Definitely good value for money, a great way to spend a dry evening.

Changed meeting location and I never received a notification. I took a round trip in a taxi which was very expensive. Waited and nobody showed up. This company makes last minute changes and doesn’t get confirmation.
