Nice experience, very on time and well planned. The tour will be nicer in summer when the weather condition is better.

Going on the trip with Joe as our tour guide was delightful. She is incredibly nice, caring, and excels in her role. Overall, I highly recommend this tour; it was excellent in every aspect.

I'd also like to mention the bus driver, Aktar (if I remember his name correctly), who was exceptional. Thanks to him, we had a safe and smooth journey.

I read a number of the reviews before booking this trip and it seems as though the specific tour guide makes a huge difference. We had Barbara, who was very nice, but did not add as much additional information as I would have liked. This “tour” is really just a series of shuttles through different cities. You take a bus to Lake Como, then two ferries, one to Bellagio on the Italian side and then the Swiss side, and then a bus to Lugano. The most time is in Lake Como, but it’s at an odd time in the morning where you can’t really great breakfast and you can’t get lunch. I brought my little girls (3 and 4.5) and it was tough to work in food for them and us. In Bellagio all we had time for was eating since we were unable to get lunch in Lake Como. The timing is just unfortunate. We tried to eat in Lake Como that way we could enjoy the other cities, but it didn’t work out. It was exactly as they said it was, so I’m not trying to take the tour down, but just know what you’re getting into. There is very little time in Lugano and Bellagio and if you want to eat you need to make it a focus.

Ecpectation of A beautiful trip alone lake como turned out to be a very disappointing.
We were told to be sharp at 10:30am to catch the boat lake Como to Bellagio. We waited for over 1 hr by the pier. The boat finally came. When we entered the boat smell like diesel with limited view to the lake. No option of standing outside to enjoy the true beauty of lake Como
The windows on the dirty with limited view of lake como. What a disappointment.

Sarah was a great tour guide- very knowledgeable and friendly. The logistics were an issue- we spent quite a bit of time waiting on ferries, which led to not having much time to spend in Bellagio and Lugano. Overall, it was a good day trip and we got to see Lake Como and the surrounding area.
