It was amazing to be in Istanbul and I’d definitely come again to see what I missed. It was a short trip due to Valentine’s Day and Istanbul Tourist Pass made the most of it. Never seen such a service. Not only enjoyed a beautiful museum tour but also they have provided professional photography for me and my fiancée. Also it was fully free. Unbelievable.

Beside some canceled tours we can say, that the Istanbul Tourist Pass is organized very well. Thanks a lot to our favourite guides Ugur Abi and Ilke Abla. They were both very professional, had all information, answered all questions. It was our pleasure to listen to them.

It was an amazing experience. Must do it. The breakfast was fresh and delicious and all the staff was very friendly and helpful. Spectacular views of Istanbul especially if you find a sunny day!

Getting this pass is a to confuse yourself and restrict yourself from going to the places by your choice.
For visiting the places, you have to register the time and date as per the choice of the guide and then you have to visit the place. In this way you are restricted by the time and freedom to visit places.
The guide is rude when you are meeting them. The guide doesn't share their location to meet you have to follow up with the Istanbul pass team to get the location.
There is no pickup from the Sabiha Airport, you have to travel by your own.

As first-time visitors of Istanbul, we accidentally saw the ads of Istanbul Tourist Pass and bought it. It improved our itinirary way more than we expected and helped us save so much time, money, and energy.
First of all, it has a useful app for android and ios. It has categories such as sightseeing, guided tours, museums, etc. You can see a variety of suggestions and services under each. As someone who had never been to Istanbul, i didn't have any idea which places to visit to make the best of our trip. But going through the menus of the app, i found so many interesting things to do and places to visit. That includes historical places, tours, shows, museums, etc.
Moreover, under each entry, you can read all the details of that place such as the hours, locations, meeting points, and last but not the least, a video of that place which gives you a good idea of what to expect.
Depending on the type of pass you buy, you can make reservation for the places you want to visit, simply by clicking on them. A large number of places don't even need reservations. You just walk in for free, only showing your digital pass. When there are guided tours available, you can only enter with the tour guides, who, in my experience, were very punctual, knowledgable and friendly.
I myself organized an enjoyable itinirary.Too bad our trip was only for a few days. Otherwise, we could have visited more interesting places. Next time,i would definitely use istanbul tourist pass again.

This is the 2nd time we used ITP, first time was back in 2018. It was great back in 2018, and we decided to use it again this time. But our experience in Dec 2023 was very very poor.
Guides did not turn up for two guided tours:
1) We waited 10 minutes past the meeting time, until another guide for another tour helped us in to the 1st venue but we were left to explore on our own.
2) 2nd time: we were told that the guide was stuck in traffic. Mind you we rushed from our hotel to the meeting point, to meet the 8 AM meeting time, as we have seen for ourselves how a family was left chasing after us when they were like 3 minutes late and we did not want to be late. But we were simply told to explore on our own or to reschedule
These are not isolated incidents; we met a family from Spain also waiting in vain for the guide to turn up. According to them, the same thing happened to them yesterday for another guided tour.
Having to reschedule on tourist passes is almost impossible when we have a tight schedule to begin with. We are bounded by the number of days the pass is valid and have planned our itinerary around ITP's guided tour schedule, it leaves us little to no room to adjust our schedules to attend the next available tour.
We paid a lot for the ITP but we do not seem to be able to fully utilise the features. I was contacted by a Guest Relations Manager who would "personally follow up on the possibility of compensation or alternative arrangements for the inconvenience I have faced" but I heard nothing from them for 10 days already.
I hope to visit Istanbul again soon, but will definitely not be getting ITP in future. Also I definitely will not be recommending ITP to family and friends who will be coming to Istanbul. There are other passes they can choose from.

Pretty amazing place, a really photogenic one if you are looking into taking a lot of pictures...
We were lucky enough to be right on time to the lights show, so it was even ever than expected. The guide guy, was pretty kind and explained to detail facts about the place, how was it built and other things.

Awful experience! I booked silil & agva for a 1 day trip. On the day, I contacted the driver just after 8am and he told me he would call me when he reached the pick up point and ask me to meet him there but he didn't. When I called him around 9:30am he said he had already left! The reason he gave for not calling was because there was no internet! However that location was in the centre of the European part of Istanbul and it was no way there was no internet. I complained about this several times on WhatsApp to the Istanbul Tourist Pass service but no one replied. Believe me, if you have any problems during your trip, don't expect satisfactory service from this company as they are not trustworthy nor professional.
