I highly recommend this layover tour of Istanbul. Our tour guide was incredibly knowledgeable and was so helpful in every way. The communication was very clear. They got us back to the airport in a timely manner to make our connection.

We had a 15 hour layover in Istanbul and instead of going with the free Turkish airline tour, we booked this trip. I’m so glad we did this since I had two young boys with me and wanted to have a good time. A nice van pick us up right away from the airport. Latif took us to a great restaurant, give us great tours of the mosques and the Grand Bazaar, and even made sure to walk with us to our hotel and see to it that we got checked in. We had a lot of nice conversations and it was just nice to have a friend- like person who knew exactly what to do in a historic city we’ve never been to. Highly recommend booking Latif!

I had a 7 and half hour layover in Istanbul and was initially very hesitant as I am traveling alone and there wasn’t much time. But I am glad I booked the tour with Latf. For the time we had, I was able to see some of the historic spots and learnt some of the history behind it. I overall enjoyed the trip and also felt very safe. I recommend these guided tours!

We had a clear itinerary and thorough instructions on meeting up with our guide, so all the stress lowered. Yet, we were able to dictate when we wanted to stay longer or shorter at different sites, and we got to see extra places (spice market, tea shop/hookah lounge) when we found ourselves with extra time before it was time to return to the airport. Our guide was a pro, and we made the absolute most of our layover. Very satisfied!

This review is so long overdue! We were nervous because we were taking a redeye flight from Washington DC with a five year-old and a three-year-old. But our tour guide made it a breeze!. he catered the tour to our weary family. Borak is the best!

He gave us little nuggets of history that me and my husband enjoyed. Even though both my husband and I have been there before, seeing it with a private tour ride so we could see stuff that we had before in the past. For example, we went into the gardens behind topkapi Palace, which was so beautiful.

And we went during a very busy time of year, got into lines that would’ve normally taken us an hour to wait.

I was worried about doing tour Istanbul with Turkish airlines. This was the best idea my daughter is still talking about our trip to Turkey, even though we were only there for a day.

Coming home from a business trip I had a 12 hour layover in Istanbul. I did a lot of research before the trip and found Latif. Before I even booked anything I messaged back and forth with him with several questions I had about the tour. I was amazed at how fast he was responding and how patient he was with all of the questions I had. I plan trips to 54 global locations and work with people from all over the world. Just like Latifs reviews say he is one of the best of the best. He couldn’t have been more aware of us and our needs and was willing to do whatever to make our tour unforgettable. He is extremely professional and I highly recommend booking a tour with him. You won’t regret it! I’m going to work with him again when I have the chance to come back to Turkey for more time! Latif was an excellent guide. His extensive knowledge of the visited sites was very helpful. I was having knee problems and he carried my heavy camera backpack for me. When I return I will definitely use him again!

Latif was our walking guide for the day and he was great! He had such a comprehensive knowledge of the subject matter and made the historical information come alive with his passion. The walking tour is just the way to go but be prepared. Have comfortable shoes and warm enough gear. And make sure you drink the Turkish coffee made in the heated sand! Yum!

We had a 10 hour layover and wanted to see the city. I thought the tour would feel rushed but there was plenty of time for everything we wanted to see. I highly recommend this to anyone wanting to get a taste of Istanbul!

This tour was very accommodating. This trip was for my honeymoon. Istanbul was initially our layover. We wanted to just do a day tour while we waited for our next flight. Our flight to our actual destination changed and what was supposed to be a 13 hour layover, ended up being a 3 day layover. The tour group conveniently picked us up from the airport with easy navigation on how to find them. They originally were going to pick us up and drop us back off at the airport. But since our layover extended, they accommodated us and dropped our luggage off at the hotel we had to book, then took us to meet our tour guide.
Mev was full of knowledge and information on the history of everything we stopped to see. She took us to places that we didn't expect that really taught us more of the inside culture of Turkey. We stayed out to the evening and she continued to have good genuine conversation us.
Some of the things she showed us we went back the next day and explored further. Having her show us where things were helped set the foundation of us navigating Turkey. It was a great experience! Now we hope to visit Turkey again and for longer!
