Extremely unique experience in Istanbul trying the Hamam- the bathing experience, service, overall ambience is something I’ve never experienced before - I’d love to do this again

The Hamam was unique. The location is beautiful and the service was top notch. The treatment includes shampoos, creams and amenities such as cotton swabs, a comb, etc. The hairdryers available are strong enough for thick, long hair.
There was tea and Turkish honey to relax with afterwards.
The Hamam has separate men's and women's areas.

We had the most incredible experience at the Cagaloglu Hammam. We were welcomed by the kindest gentlemen. He explained what the hammam would entail. My husband and I went our separate ways to the male and female areas. Both of our therapists were incredible. The bubbles that I experienced were wonderful. The massage was fabulous. Afterwards we had tea, treats and some sweet Turkish wine. This truly was the highlight of our trip to Istanbul. I highly recommend it to anyone is visiting the area.

Incredible experience. You get a good scrub and the massage isn't just relaxing. But the ladies were incredibly friendly and you feel like a new person afterwards. Brilliant!

Our first visit to the Hamam. We: 2 women, one man, really enjoyed the visit. After the welcome, we received an extremely enthusiastic explanation of what to expect. I was taken over by a very friendly lady in the Hamam and was given a loving cleaning. Afterwards we were allowed to relax with tea and biscuits.
I would go back again in a heartbeat!
