The ride is very good and I recommend it, however the Van driver named Anthony was very reckless driving the vehicle on the highway using his cell phone constantly selecting his personal music and putting the safety of passengers at risk!!!

The script itself is very good. The agency left a little to be desired. He sent the driver (even friendly), but he didn't give us any guidance. When he arrived in Isla Negra, he opened the car door and didn't say anything. The group waited for him to enter, but he didn't appear or say anything. On the way back, he dozed off at the wheel and we almost hit a truck. My husband and I noticed it and he later confirmed that this happened.

Hired a car to visit Isla Negra from Valparaiso. Under the impression that it was a wild rocky headland where Pablo Neruda lived in a rather isolated house. We were expecting windswept wild scenery with great seascapes and a lonely property. In fact Isla Negra is very suburban and built up. There is a small rocky beach below Neruda's house which is quite pretty, but not the wild inspirational setting we had expected. The house/museum is jammed in between numerous other houses in a kind of beach/holiday home area, and there are endless souvenir stalls.
The disappointment of the setting did not inspire us to go into the house. There was also a very noisy school group in the garden which also put us off.
We drove back up the coast road to Quintay, the old whaling station, which by contrast was fabulous. A beautiful beach and a lovely harbour, also the very interesting whaling museum. A great lunch watching the pelicans on the harbour.

The only good part about this tour was the Undurraga winery tour which was not performed by this group. The whole purpose for this tour was to go to Neruda's house and last minute the driver said the house was closed due to summer schedule. However, this was supposed to be arranged by the tour and not advertise Neruda's house. I never got the money back for Neruda's ticket and the driver was very rude and insensitive. In Algarrobo the pool view was great, but the restaurant was expensive and terrible. I do not recommend this tour. I paid $100 which is a lot of money for nothing.
