Our host chef Phillip was excellent, fun, appreciated how he explained ingredients and traditions. He involved everyone in the class. Enjoyed visiting the market to get the ingredients for the class.

I had an absolute blast in this class. Learned a lot and built rapport with nice people. Teacher/chef was so kind and informative. Plus, his taste in music that he played in class was great.

This was a fun way to meet up with others who enjoy exploring food and cooking of the culture. It was a great international group and Phillipe made it a good blend of demonstration, explanation and participation for us. Fab to sit down and eat together at the end too.

This was a fun experience overall but I wish we would have been more involved in the cooking process. Also most of the shops in the market were closed during the night class and there was not much to see. It was basically a thirty minute self guided time to walk around after the chef briefly showed us a few things like the seafood/spices.

Had such a fun time with this! Had some difficulties getting connected, but I was switched to the dinner experience on 12/28/23, & I’m glad I went! Our chef let us know he’s been cooking for 21 years, and his knowledge definitely showed! I had fun cutting veggies & drinking sangria with my group. It was about ten people, and that was perfect! The vegetarian version was really good too! He also gave us tips on where to eat while here. Thank you!

Keira was an excellent guide, so friendly and knowledgeable. She created a very fun inviting atmosphere and had a lot of helpful tips and recipes. The paella was delicious and it was so nice to meet other travelers. We did this experience as a family and would highly recommend it!!

It was a great introduction to Catalonia. It was a fun environment with others also on vacation. The meal was good and it was fun to learn how seafood paella is made.

The actual cooking class was great amd we loved learning and cooking as a team but, the walking from the market to make the paella was not the best experience. The guide/ Cook was unprofessional and talked on her cell phone from the market to the kitchen which was about a 20 minute walk.
