Great experience for me and my husband! He’s never dove before so Jim was super helpful with helping him learn the basics on the first dive and then joining the rest of the group for the second dive. Saw my first sea turtle while diving so I’d say a huge success! Josh was amazing in pointing out all the things he saw and being a super awesome guide!

Careful with this place if you are a new diver. If you make even a single mistake with the form you fill out they will not tell you about it till you are already through orientation, the car ride to the dock, or the briefing.
I put a nasal allergy on the form and that requires a doctors note. Which is all fine well and good, but they didn't check that till I was basically about to ship out.
Unable to dive, no time to reschedule, and they refused refund for a simple mistake.
Also, beginners can't go if conditions are not ideal, so be prepared to be rescheduled. I tried for Friday morning, got rescheduled to Friday afternoon because they were too full. Showed up and went through everything including the orientation video and got rescheduled to Monday morning. Another group on Friday got rescheduled from the previous Monday to the Friday that I was also on and they had to cancel because they flew the next day and had no chances to reschedule.
Final remark. The manager is not a nice lady.

If you are certified do not pick the combo beginner/certified excursion. You will end up wasting much of your day waiting for them to teach their class to the beginners. What was supposed to be a couple hour trip ended up being 5 hours for two short dives. Our group of 3 all came up with over 1500 psi left in our tanks on both dives. Very short bottom time. Wouldn’t recommend this for certified divers.

All staff and captain were very kind and helpful. They were very knowledgeable in this industry and the Polynesian culture. during the trip we encountered numerous whales, and about 50 dolphins swimming alongside our boat, I need to pray to the island God for this! 100% satisfied

It's not for everyone. My left ear popped with a sharp pain due to pressure. But still, I've experienced the feeling to be actually underwater 👍👍

Were very helpful and patient especially our dive master Alex. Was a nice basic tour, not to deep not to shallow and saw lots of marine life, the water was so clear and beautiful.

Nick and Josh were amazing instructors as well as Captain Jim who took us in his boat. This was our first time scuba diving and it was an surreal experience.

Great dive shop with an amazing and knowledgeable dive team.
Went on a 2-tank beginner dive (1 certified diver, one not), and was truly impressed on the team’s focus on safety for all divers and especially for the beginners.
The gear was also in great condition.
And the whole team are great stewards for the ocean, all sea creatures, and the environment.
Highly recommend the dive shop for experienced and beginner divers.
