This experience will be one of the most memorable in my life. JJ and Alex were absolutely amazing guides that were so helpful and informative - some of the best guides I’ve ever had on trips. They catered to every need and even proactively offered help without needing to ask. They both really care about their crews and it absolutely showed. Oscar was an outstanding chef and the food over the 4 days was so good and blew our minds each day with the amount and quality of the food in a makeshift kitchen - lasagna, ceviche, chocolate cake, everything. Lastly, cannot thank the porters enough. They carry so much weight and hike so fast to provide us with the best experience possible and they do not get enough credit. I would not have been able to do this trip without them. They were the backbone of the experience and I cannot say thank you enough.

We had an amazing time on this trip with Trexperience! All of the porters were extremely polite and helpful and made the trek much easier. The head porter Benedicto was always ready to help us whenever we needed anything. The cook, Oscar made incredible meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner that kept us fueled each day. Our guides, JJ and Alex were very organized and supportive. I struggled with very bad altitude sickness and JJ was very patient and helped me push through and get better so I could complete the hike. Amazing experience, absolutely recommend this company for the Inca Trail!

One of the most amazing experiences of my life! The food was amazing (hats off to Oscar!). The porters are super human and made sure we had everything we needed from tents, food, water, rain materials, etc. Really incredible team led by Benedicio. Truly a dream come true and perfect way to experience of the 7 wonders.

This Inca Trail is 100% worth it. The most beautiful hike I have ever done. Our tour guides Jose and Alex looked after us really well. We didn't want for anything. Jose told us a lot about the background of the Incas during the hike. Oskar surprised us every day with a creative 3-course meal that tasted really delicious. They really put a lot of effort into it. The porters did a great job with their 20kg of luggage and when we arrived at the camp, the porters had already set everything up. A great experience that I would do again anytime!!! We did the Incatrail to Machu Picchu with Trexperience. It was an incredibly wonderful experience, especially thanks to the great team. We were provided with delicious food by our chef Oscar for 4 days. There was a large and delicious selection for breakfast, lunch and dinner. We were particularly impressed by the amazing porters (guided by head porter Benedicto). They were absolutely reliable and very quick.
The guides JJ and Alex were also perfect. They shared so much information with us, answered every question, were always there for us and above all they always made us feel safe. But most importantly, we had a lot of fun together.
Trexperience is highly recommended!

Extremely well organised trip. Challenging trek but the guide (Jose) and assistant guide (Alex) gave us excellent support from start to finish. The porters (led by Benedicto) were awesome, carrying tents, food, equipment from camp to camp. Food was delicious, healthy and plentiful, prepared by the chef Oscar.

Our guide JJ (Juan Jose) and his assistent guide Alex, as the whole trexperience group, porters and cooks, are real pioneers of this experience, lovely guys filled with a good sense of humor and professionalism. I took the 7 day package including 4 D hike to Macchu Picchu via a the classic Inca Trail (15 through 19 April). We covered a lot of ground during this trip. We started off a city tour of Cusco covering 4 of the Inca sites and the Cusco cathedral. Then headed to tour the Sacred Valley, Pisaq sites, Moray and Maras salt mines and Sun temple in Olienteytambo. Following that we joined a bigger group for the Inca trail hike.
The trip was wonderfully executed by the Trexperience team with Wiilan Elvis as leader and Sergio as asst as well as the support staff Ronaldo and Felix (Chefs) and Justino who lead the porters. Leaders made sure that everyone made it to the campsites safely and there were frequent breaks provided. Food was freshly prepared and had lots of variety with special dessert treats.
Elvis also lead the Cusco city tour and sacred valley tours and no matter the group size he brought amazing enthusiasm to the group. He has a lot of experience being a tour guide and shared with us commentary on the rich history, tradition, language and arts of Inca people, as well as the Spanish conquests and provided current day political situation.
Would like to comment that the hotels in Cusco and Oliyenteytambo were very nice and above expectation. Hats off to the team and special regards to the porters and support staff who made this trip so much memorable. I would definitely recommend Trexpereince for your Peru travel experience.

I had an incredible experience on the Inca trail and visiting machu pichu. My partner and I had a lovely group and the whole trip was super well organised by TreXperience. The Inca trail was more beautiful than I’d imagined, with stunning views, a huge range of interesting plants, flowers and birds. The Inca sites we visited on the way were amazing and I loved learning more about their culture.
The highlight was our guide Pepe, who was brilliant. He made the tour so much more special as he was so knowledgeable about everything and so helpful and thoughtful with everyone in the group. He and our other guide John Davide were always happy to answer all our questions and help in any way they could. The porters were incredible too.
My top tip for anyone else going on this tour is to stop and enjoy everything as you go. When you arrive at Machu Picchu you definitely won’t be disappointed, but there’s so much more to enjoy before that.
