It’s beautiful, an amazing experience, just try to arrive as early as possible to enjoy the light that shines inside the cave before 10:30am .
They have lockers, take a padlock if you don't want to carry your things.

Was a great day! Be prepared to do some hiking! It wasn’t anything extreme, but to get to some of the attractions, it was a good hike to it, but was so worth it! Just the water spots of the park made it worth it!

We had such a great time. The guides on the bus were very informative. All staff was friendly and inviting. Definitely wear closed toe shoes for the cave, ropes course, etc and bring water shoes. Food was really good and priced well.

We went to the scape park and it started off great, we were picked up by the bus from our hotel and transported to the park.

We were already pre-warned by our travel agent to get water shoes which are $25 each and you’ll need to buy a padlock for the lockers (a small suitcase one works) which was $5.

The park it’s self if beautiful! We had a great time on the buggies and the guide and photographer were great and made the experience!

However, we then went on the superman zip-line next… it is quite a trek up their, so be prepared for that! The weight limit for the zip lines is 127kg and although I am bigger; I was well and truly clear of the weight limit.

You are weighed when getting harnessed up and your weight is written on your wrist band (which is fine and completely understand this for safety reasons). However; when I was being put onto the zipline my weight was radioed down to the bottom of the zipline along with them calling me an ‘elefante’, which unfortunately I speak enough Spanish to understand that they were radioing down calling me an elephant.

This resulted in me leaving the ride upset. My partner and I were nervous at going on other zip-lines after this incase the experience was repeated and it completely ruined the day and our experience.

We made a complaint to the supervisor at the park who was amazing. He took it very seriously, had me write out a written complaint and called for the ride supervisor to come to the desk. They reassured me that it would be looked into, but nothing further was done.

When I got back to our travel agent at the hotel I also reported it to them and asked for our money back as we missed out on so many attractions at the park because of this. They were fantastic and made a complaint and dealt with it with the park. Unfortunately, the park tried to excuse what happened saying I misunderstood as they said the word ‘elevado’ (meaning high) rather than ‘elefante’. I have been around Spanish speakers for my whole life; and although I am not fluent, I understand enough to know the difference of these words and not to mention… they sound completely different.

So with that, the scape park have failed to acknowledge the awful experience or refund me. Tui have been amazing and have refunded their 20% and have apologised on their behalf; but it is not good enough of Scape Park.

So, if you are a little on the larger side honestly don’t bother… you won’t be treated with the respect you deserve.

Great experience in regards to booking the tour, pick up at my hotel, and the ride home. The park was beautiful. I definitely recommend the full day to allow time to experience all of the activities.

Had an amazingly day at Scape Park. So much to do. Ziplining was great as well as the buggy’s. Let them take a lot of pictures. There is no limit to the amount you can have in a set package. Pack snacks if you don’t want to sit and waste time eating typical park food. Staff was great. We would go back again as we did not get to do it all.

Swam in the cave center, did the apptoximate two hour zip lining. Did not have time for other activities and it was raining all day. The zip lining staff/guides were amazing and very helpful to us being seniors. Zip lining was great and really worthwhile. I know they took picture of us on the zip line but we fid not have access to buy since they were deposited the next day. Wish we could get it. Also saw the birds (parrots), monkeys, and iguanas which were OK. There was another two types of zip lining we wanted to do but missed out. One was a wet one (over pools), and the other was the long one where you are lying facedown the whole line (that looked great). In short, it was a lot of fun and experience. Caution: there is steep path climb upwards between the zip line stations. Where good shoes.

Fun day of Zip Lining and exploration at the Scape park. We went with 2 teenagers and had a great day. The park is big but not overwhelming and on the day we went not over crowded. We zip lined most of the day. The teens did all the zip lines x2 the SuperMan and the ropes courses are so much fun. The other zip lines all go through or end in water features, so have your swimsuit ready and bring rucksacks or shoes you plan to get wet. We explored a bat cave that was really cool, but it was mostly for photos (no bats seen) :). Our son and his friend enjoyed jumping into a fresh water swimming area and swimming in a blue hole (2 separate areas of the park). The guides were great and knowledgeable and super helpful! We spent a full day at the park but if you are staying at a resort you can choose to be picked up a little earlier - you just have to go to the information center and sign up. If you are planning to go the park you should plan your visit early in the week, they are only open Saturday - Wed. Also do Superman first if you are planning to do that zip, they close down for safety checks during the day, which is great but if you were planning to zip during a closed time it could cause some frustration. When you arrive the staff will have you take a photo of the park map and the schedules for the zip lines so you know when the closures are, as well as when guided tours occur. There are plenty of posted maps in the park itself, but in case you need a reference - you have it. If you want to keep your phone with you, bring a dry bag, they sell them there as well, but it's one less cost. Lockers are available and a lock is $5.00- you get to keep the lock you purchase at the end of the day. It was a lot of fun and we stayed cool and kept busy!

Loved it! It’s like a mini Xcaret if you have been. MINI. The zip lines were so much fun, especially the water ones. We went on a Saturday the lines weren’t bad. Food was decent. Everyone was professional and the facilities were very clean! They have lockers you can place your stuff in, you just need to purchase a lock for $5. Make sure to have comfortable shoes to walk in that can also get wet. I had on Chacos. I wish I had slides or flip flops to change into at the END. Overall, a great expensive. LOTS of walking. LOTS. I will go back again.
