There are many tour operators in Luxor. From the prompt hotel pickup to the timely hotel drop off the ride was thoroughly enjoyable. Highly recommended.

The first trip was cancelled due to weather, but we were able to ride on the second day!
The view from the sky was amazing!
By the way, I don't speak English, but I was able to ride without any problems.
Cell phones are fine, but please note that you cannot take pictures of the Temple of Queen Hatshepsut with a camera!

The ballon trip was magical. A view from the air of the sights we visited the day before gave us a different perspective. Everything was well organized from the pickup at the hotel, boat ride and ballon trip and return. We were well taken care of!

We had to cancel our balloon ride after the cancellation period was over. They refunded our money straight away without any issues. We would use this company for any future activities.

After the booking somebody texted me immediately and told me that I couldn't do the baloon ride because of bad weather conditions.
I got my money back straight away.

very disorganized from the beginning. Mistakenly set the pick-up time for 5:40 even though we had booked a sunrise trip. I caught their oversight thankfully and we were picked up at the right time. When we arrived at the balloon area, turned out there was no balloon assigned to our group so we had to be dispersed among other balloons and that led to a delay in the ascent. Luckily We were still able to see the sunrise though which was the highlight of the ride. However, unfortunately our balloon only flew over the farm areas and didn’t even get close to the historic arenas like valley of the kings as it was promised and unlike most other balloons. Overall we had a suboptimal experience with this company.

One of the best experiences in Egypt. Huge balloons that are truly impressive but everything is very well organized. They offer you a photo and video package but it is not necessary to purchase it.

It was a wonderful ride. We were a little concerned if we would be on time to see the sunset but we were more then on time! The space inside the ballon was great compared to the Cappadocia ballons (at least to the one I went in). It was a really wonderful experience, there were no delays, no security problems and everythinhg went wonderful. Would definitely book again!

From start to finish this trip was a dream. We were met by the boat to cross the Nile and had tea, coffee and a biscuits for the journey. On the other side we were transported in an air con vehicle to the balloon. The staff work so hard and still have time to chat to you. The pilot had the most amazing knowledge and could tell us what we could se around us. Very smooth landing. My favourite trip and could not recommend it enough.
