A truly amazing experience. The whole experience was run smoothly, the staff were very professional, polite and knowledgeable. The views were breath taking.
the only let down was breakfast. Cold quiche, muffins, muesli bars, fruit, orange juice and champagne. Whilst I enjoyed the glass of champagne, I did not enjoy the cold quiche. To me the food does not constitute a breakfast, rather a snack.

Thanks to our pilot Dhawal and driver Richard for a morning to remember. The hot air balloon ride over Beaudesert was breathtaking. The service and communication leading up to the day, and over the course of the morning of our flight, was impeccable. Everything was explained to us and we appreciated Richard’s sense of humour at 5am!
Our family of 5, plus mother in law, were treated to warm welcomes, excellent safety briefs, stunning views, and a beautiful soft landing. We then enjoyed a delicious hot breakfast and glass of sparkling at O’Reillys Vineyard, a quaint place with views of the hills and alpacas.
Every moment was special. This is an excellent company that takes pride in its work and wants every customer to have an experience that will be remembered for a lifetime.

The whole experience was awesome, Kelly our guide and bus driver was awesome and Stuart the pilot had a great knowledge of the area and wow what a pilot he did such an amazing job cheers to all we will be back.
