Lovely morning experiencing the balloon ride
Fantastic sunrise views
Very atmospheric with a number of other balloons in the sky also
Be aware it is a slight climb up and over into the balloon, I needed a little help as I have ankle problem
Following the ride a very nice breakfast is provided
As non French speakers we could not understand anything the Pilot was saying during the flight but that was the only slight disadvantage
Superb photography carried out by the very friendly Redouane which was made into a wonderful video to keep ( an extra charge of 30 euros and well worth it on our opinion)
We would thoroughly recommend this excursion.

The trip was amazing. We loved the whole experience. It was very easy to have the experience with children as well. The pilot was very engaging and kept us entertained. The photo op was also amazing. The after ride service with regards to sharing the photos and videos is flawless.
The Traditional Moroccan breakfast was also amazing experience to have, especially with children and we had a lot of vegetarian options as well. The whole place is well maintained including the bathrooms. Only issue was that the card machine didn’t work so we had to pay in cash for the photo shoot.

My recent hot air balloon experience with was a letdown from start to finish. Lackluster views, unenthusiastic staff, and a bumpy landing made this adventure anything but uplifting. Save your money and opt for an experience that won't leave you feeling deflated

What an unforgettable experience. Picked up first thing today and driven out to the desert where it was still dark. We were welcomed with lovely tea and given a short talk before our flight.
The flight itself was smooth with breathtaking views. It was lovely ro look out and take in the sunrise in a sky dotted with other balloons.
We opted to pay for drone footage, which we are looking forward to seeing tomorrow. After landing we headed back to our departure spot for some breakfast. After which, the staff took some more pics of us and with our certificates and then we said our goodbyes and were driven back home.
A fantastic memory provided by the nicest people. If you get the chance, do not pass on it.

What a superb experience from start to finish; an early morning pick up at the hotel and drop off, but so well worth it. To see the sun rise with all the beautiful colours, watching the balloon being filled, climbing aboard and watching others take off before our turn was wonderful. For my husband and I, it was a tick off the bucket list and the whole team made it so special with their very slick and professional management including the welcome coffee (well needed) and then breakfast upon completion. The actual trip in the air was unforgettable, looking out over the Moroccan landscape and another 20 or so balloons at various heights. An extra mention to Redouane and his crew for the personal video which we can view again and again - sensational memories. If you are thinking of doing this trip, don't hesitate!

The balloon ride itself felt really safe and relaxing, and our pilot was very friendly. The views were amazing!
The pick-up was also seamless, and we had a lovely breakfast in the desert afterwards. All the staff were incredibly friendly and professional. Thank you so much!
