Decided to surprise my girlfriend with this experience and it was nothing short of incredible! Everything ran so smoothly, instructions were super clear and our driver Juan and guide Ginny were amazing! They were both so sweet and we felt immediately welcomed! Ginny gave us a private tour of the pyramids and it’s definitely the best guided tour I’ve ever had. She is very animated, breaks things down so that they are relatable and easy to follow and had answers to every single question we had. I highly recommend asking for both Ginny and Juan and know you will be in great hands!

Hermes was a knowledgeable tour guide and the tour was wonderful. Our group was small (just my friend and me) and we got an early start. As such, we beat the crowds for every stop and got back before 1p (very appreciated). We had a great time and I would recommend the tour. The only thing I would change would be skipping the last stop to see the restaurant in the cave; after a long day it wasn't worth the extra hour.

The Hot Air Balloon ride was breathtakingly beautiful. It’s a must when you come to Mexico City! Our Captain Constantino was so much fun. He made as all laugh. And ride was super smooth. We loved every moment of it.
Our tour guide Hermes was amazing, he was so knowledgeable about the history of Mexico City and special our tour in Teotihuacan. We had a great time learning about the culture and impressed with everything that we saw. Thank you so much for treating well and giving us the best experience!
