The booking was efficient and easy via TripAdvisor.
The correspondence with the company after booking was timely and clear.
I received emails and WhatsApp messages with details of pick up time etc.
The transfer arrived at the stated time 0350!, it did state take a fleece or jacket because it could be cool in the desert, we didn't need it!
The actual balloon fight was amazing, no other words needed.
The captain was great, he was calm, funny and informative throughout.
A bucket list must do if in Dubai.
Would I recommend, Absolutely yes.
Even our driver took photos which he shared with us all.
The breakfast was first rate 👌

Amazing experience from the start to the end! The pilot Mohamed made us feel very safe and we enjoyed a lot. The basket of the balloon was big and didn’t feel crowded. We also had a drive in the desert on the way to the camp to see some oryx after landing and the breakfast was delicious. I highly recommend it.

The team is very well organized and technically very competent! We learned a lot about hot air balloon flight chatting with the captain Ramy. Ahmed our Drivee has been super nice and caring. Great experience also for my 9yo daughter. Really recommend
