Couldn’t recommend this experience more!! Absolutely loved the whole experience!! Will do it again definitely!! From pick up to drop off everything thing was perfect , booking was very easy & was well informed about pick up & breakfast was great!!

Overall experience was great and an incredible experience. Pick up was prompt with good communication prior to the selected date. Drive was only about 30 minutes from our hotel. The tea and cake prior to the ride was very nice and much needed as it was cold in the morning. They also provide nice blankets to help with this. If doing this activity in the winter months would definitely recommend brining plenty of layers. The ride itself was smooth with breath-taking views of the sunrise over the mountains (we were fortunate with a clear morning). We were then provided a lovely fresh traditional Moroccan breakfast which we enjoyed with the whole group. Big thank you to our driver Said Mhamid who took some great photos and helped make our experience so great. Would recommend to anyone visiting Marrakech

Great experience, if you’re on early slot in December as we did, wrap up it can be cold. Well managed, pickup drop off all on time. Fantastic experience felt very safe and enjoyed it immensely.

So amazing! It was a wonderful way to kick off our Moroccan adventure! The sunrise experience was fabulous since we got to watch the balloons getting inflated and all. Highly highly recommend!!

We had a great experience on the Hot Air Balloon ride today. We had always had it on bucket list, and today, we finally decided was "the day." We were so happy with the experience. We received excellent communication from the tour operator regarding the details and were picked up at the hotel on time. Once arrived at the takeoff site, we went into a beautifully decorated tent, and we were welcomed with a sumptuous breakfast of boiled eggs, fruits, and breads of all kinds with tea. We only wish we had known it would be that extensive, as we are in the habit of being told "breakfast" and finding only bread and tea.
More importantly, about the air balloon itself. We lifted to the skies gracefully, and our pilot, Otman, was very attentive to us and his duties. He has a great deal of experience, and it showed. We had been very apprehensive about participating despite our desire to do so, and we are so happy we did. We floated quietly for about an hour and landed softly....and safely, with multiple attendants helping with ropes and stabilizing the basket. Finally, we were whisked back to our hotel. What a grand experience!

The whole experience was amazing from beginning to end. Watching the balloons go up, taking off, flying and landing. Pilot Mostafa was brilliant and explained the process and sights. The breakfast was lovely. Everyone was attentive and there were good facilities available. A definite thing to do if you are in Marrakesh.

It was amazing. The best thing I've ever done. Everyone was so nice and made the experience very special. The video that we got came out looking almost unreal it was so good. And the videographers were very accommodating when I didn't have enough cash. I was able to pay later. And it was such a good value- not expensive at all! I would recommend this to everyone that comes to Marrakech.

This hot air balloon was absolutely just surreal. Like it was just absolutely amazing that I can’t actually put into words. How much of an experience this was. This was like one of my favourite highlights of Marrakesh like just going up in the air being able to see the sunrise being able to be so high up the pictures that I was able to take. It was just amazing that I will definitely recommend this for anyone coming to Morocco and it’s not scary at all it’s just Amazing definitely would recommend it. Really a good experience really really a good experience. Absolutely amazing.

Absolutely incredible way to spend Christmas day. Holgar was our pilot and he was friendly and informative. We felt very safe. The views are magnificent. We were worried that we were getting picked up too late for sunrise, and then we did breakfast first, but these guys knew what they were doing and we were up in the air with plenty of time to see the sunrise. Breakfast was enjoyable, perhaps a bit more lighting to see what we were eating would have been nice! Every member of staff from the driver, waiters, balloon crew, to the pilot were friendly and professional. Highly recommend.

We booked a Hot Air Balloon flight with Marrakesh Dream Ballooning, we were picked up from our Riad by our driver , who took great care of us and even stopped to buy us coffee’s. Our pilot was Mostafa who made us feel completely at ease and talked us through the whole process. We thoroughly enjoyed the flight, and were served a delicious breakfast afterwards. I would highly recommend booking with Marrakesh Dream Ballooning.
