Great excursion, well organized. Fun hot air balloon operator, beautiful scenery of sunrise. Nice Berber breakfast under tent in desert. Topped off with a great camel ride. The organizers contacted me the night before and arranged to pick me up at the Riad I was staying in.

First time in a hot air balloon! The experience was breathtaking. I felt so lucky being up there that i even shed a tear. Communication since the beginning was very good and they picked us up from the hotel right on time. Waited for the sun to raise with a coffee next to a fire was nice, although very cold. Once you are in the air that cold is gone and you don't feel it anymore. After the amazing hot air balloon experience and the incredible views, we landed and the pilot (very funny and helpful, it made the flight so smooth and romantic by playing music) took some pictures of us and we were greeted with a fabulous breakfast, very filling and delicious. A tea lover would appreciate the endless tea they offer. We also went camel riding after breakfast. I felt a little bad for the camels as they looked tired. I think it should give you the option to opt in or out of it. Overall a great experience, very welcoming and friendly people and definitely 100% recommended :)

We had a wonderful time- the pick up and drop off are very easy to organise, the contact who organises this is very good and helpful. The balloon flight is amazing, as is the breakfast and camel ride after. Everyone was very friendly and made our experience as enjoyable as possible

Very good experience. Received a warm welcome with beverages. Staff were very helpful and friendly. The pilot, Saba, was engaging, funny and made us feel safe. We then received a delicious breakfast.
Would definitely recommend.

We had the most amazing time! Rashid had a great sense of humor took our minds off the fact that we were in mid air and made the experience even more fun.
All the crew was very organized, polite and smiling.
The breakfast was unexpectedly the most delicious one we had in Marrakech.
