Super organized and well planned. They communicated from us from the day before. We had babies with us, they accommodated us to split us up between 2 rides so someone can stay with the babies. So helpful, patient and nice. Super beautiful experience. Photos were amazing. Highly recommend the sunrise ride option (depart at 4:30am) as the view is breathtaking. So worth the money!

Very fun to do and well organised. The driver who was supposed to pick us up was 5 minutes later and informed us promptly. Balloon flight was a very nice experience, the Berber breakfast afterwards was also excellent. The location is also very nicely decorated. The camel (dromedary) ride was also fun, especially because you were given Moroccan clothing. What also stood out positively is that they were happy to take pictures of you with your own phone and didn't charge anything for it, unlike the people in the medina of Marrakesh who provide you with all kinds of nonsense advice unsolicited and then hold their hands up for it.

Amazing views! At first flying on a ballon seemed scary but the pilot flew so smoothly I never noticed how high up I am! Breakfast was delicious! The people are so kind! Best tour in Marrakesh!

Wonderful experience, very friendly staff, beautiful views. Exactly as advertised. Only complaint is that it was a big foggy that morning, but that can't be helped.
Driver collected from hotel and dropped back afterwards, very convenient. If you're in Marrakech, I would highly recommend considering this experience!

A real must when visiting Morocco- a tranquil flight early in a morning after the hustle and bustle of Marrakesh for a couple of days - a great host - collected on time and really friendly and safe experience with staff and superb traditional breakfast

What a wonderful experience! We were picked up at our hotel on time and taken for tea and coffee before our balloon ride.
Amazing balloon ride with a great pilot.
After the ride we had a nice breakfast and then we were taken to the area where we enjoyed a camel ride.
I highly recommend this company. Everything was excellent!
