Definitely worth the price and experience. Uncomfortable early morning van ride in a small van, packed like sardines. We left at 6 AM - the balloon left around 8 something AM! Due to wind conditions the location had to be shifted and we were bundled into the van again. I don't know why we had to leave at 6 AM - an option should be given to skip the tea/ coffee in the morning and the organiser should be more efficient about having things ready when guests arrive. This was inefficient just like airlines getting you onto the boarding area when the plan has just landed and earlier passengers haven't even de-planed! That said, the lady who was from Montgolfere was super helpful, gracious and receptive to ideas. The post-flying breakfast was a great experience. Despite the short comings, can't recommend this enough. I hope they reduce inefficiencies and make overall experience much better!

Had a fantastic memorable experience. Hot air balloon timing was perfectly right to see the sunrise on the atlas mountain. Staff were very friendly. Breakfast was also quite good. Would certainly recommend this provider.

we had a wonderful time and memorable experience definitely worth the money, we pick-up by Achraf on time he is very friendly and explained to us what to expect, we arrived at the venue with nice hot drinks mint tea and coffee and there is a pit fire to make your us feel warm as it was very cold in the morning. there is a team of photographers and videographers/drone that time if you want some souvenirs. the flight was very smooth and not scary, I don't like height and roller coasters but this one you won't feel anything, the landing is perfect.. and witness the beautiful sunrise we had proper barber breakfast and then drop us back to the Medina Square. worth the money for all the package and lifetime memories. this is a must to do if you are in Morroco. well recommended

Simply the best experience from pick up to drop off. You are contacted the evening before via WhatsApp about collection times. We were freely able to choose our pickup point. The welcome at the launch site was friendly and warm (unlike the actual temperature - wear thick clothes!) They had fires alight which we huddled round drinking tea.
The flight itself was just beautiful. 100% recommended and with such a welcoming, warm company.

I can’t recommend this enough the best experience you could ask for everyone so professional they did a lovely breakfast our pilot George was first class they got us up bang on time for sunrise.

What an absolutely amazing experience from pick up to drop off. Picked up from our hotel directly. Our guide was simply the best. We were safely driven to a welcome drink before getting into the balllon. Our pilot Tom was amazing. Welcoming talked us through everything and we felt safe and secure. Take off was so smooth. The experience was breathtaking. Safe landing and the ground crew were also simply fabulous. Our guide took us back to our lovely starting point for breakfast. A drone videos your flight and you receive this 48 hours later to your phone. Perfect memory of a wonderful experience. You guys, ALL of you at atlas are wonderful. Thank you.

It was the most frustrating thing that I experienced travelling. We booked, payed and waited for Almost 1 hour for the driver, who didn’t show up. After 1 hour trying to talk to someone, a guy said that the ballon was Full and we couldn’t go. He didn’t even apologize for It.
When we booked It, Everything was right, They send us the tickets, so we woke up até 3:30am and spent One hour waiting! And They wouldnt event tell us. It ruinned our day, and there’s no explanation for that. If It was Full, They shouldn’t sell It.

The staff was very experienced and very kind. When we reached the hot air balloon place the staff introduced us with morrocan tea alongside cakes which very 10/10. Food was amazing and staff. Photographer took amazing videos of us and was very friendly, felt like we were amongst family. 10/10 service overall. Experience to remember forever.
