In a word, ‘fantastic’. Roberto and his crew provided us with an unforgettable highlight of our trip to Florence. Excellent organisation, communication, Roberto’s mastery of his craft and unbelievable views. The fact we hit 10,000 feet (!) was icing on the cake.

This was an amazing experience. Seeing Florence from the air blew my mind. Watching the balloon being filled and the dismantled after the flight was also vey interesting. All in all a must for anyone.

What an amazing experience to share as a family! The memories will last a lifetime for us all. Robert, Francesco and their team took the absolute best care of us. We could not have asked for anything more - a beautiful sunrise, floating over one of the world’s most beautiful cities.

Roberto is an incredibly skilled pilot and speaks very good English. The scenery is just stunning. Cannot fault any part of the experience ... so glad we did it!

So apparently the best place to take pictures of Florence is the Piazza Michaelangelo.....I disagree, the best place is to take photos of a Florence is from a balloon that goes over the city! This was truly an amazing experience; the photos you will be able to take are unparalleled and photos aside, it was just an awesome, awesome experience. Robert the pilot, was brilliant and pointed out things that us novices would miss; he even explained the theory of balloon flight which was excellent. In sum, if you are going to take a balloon flight, do this one, you will not regret, this unique perspective of Florence!

Our family of five loved this experience! The balloon company had excellent communication! We found the departure location with ease! Our balloon pilot was very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. The ride was an hour and the champagne breakfast at the end was perfect!

The comunicatiion was very poor. He only told me to climb in and that was it. Most of the time he was talking in italian with another couple. The location sent to me, took me to a building that was closed. I saw the big air balloon and walked there, but it was not where I was told to go. We were up in the air about 25-28 minutes. For the price I paid , I was expecting more time, a proper greeting, and instructions. I would not ride with this company again.

This was such a fantastic experience! Everything was perfect from start to finish. The communication of the meeting time was spot on and our guide and the team were just wonderful. The views were incredible and this is highly recommended!
