This is a mandatory activity for all tourists who arrive in Cancun and Riviera Maya. This activity takes place in the middle of the jungle, there is no such thing as this in all of Mexico. This tour includes 4 activities (horseback riding, driving an ATV in the jungle, flying on zip lines and swimming in a true Mayan cenote), there is no other activity that offers you so much in the destination. Our guide named Pablo was so cool ,very professional,what a great person ,give that man more raise ,he deserve it ,great timing and unforgettable, will come back again for sure .

4 different activities, though each about 25-30 min at same location. Which they were a little longer. Otherwise staff was great, lunch was nice and timely pickup. Great value for the price!!!

great fun. ATV, horse riding, zip lines everything was good. The cenote was great for diving. Overall great experience. Service was ok. They don't run a very good operation. Several times we were just waiting for our next activity without knowing where anyone was. Food was ok.

I love everything about it , the horses ride, zip line, Atv, but we enjoyed a lot the cenote . Ibo was an excellent tour guys . I recommend it 100%

Swimming in the Cenota.
And ziplining was the best.
The horseback riding trip was down one trail and turn around and come back.
I was going to by some mosquito repellent. They wanted 20$ US. That was a little expensive. My advice is to bring some from home.
The tequila tasting was good. They started with the cheapest then went to the most expensive.
Also we spent 86$ US to pay for our pictures they took. I did get burned on the utv ride with steam thru a mud puddle. But that cant be helped.

The activities were fun, but very short. I would've appreciated more time on the horses, ziplines, and ATVs. It just feels like you get a taste of each activity and then it's done. The horse course especially I feel like we should have had a more exciting course because you're basically not doing anything on it.
One other thing that was extremely annoying was all the upsetting. They're constantly trying to extract more money out of you by doing things like walking through a souvenir shop, tequila testing, tasting tacos, etc. The most egregious was them telling us we can store our stuff in the lockers and then telling us afterwards that it's not included after. Why did you make me use something I didn't need? Why am I being told the charge after?
Overall it was fun, but definitely needs to be tweaked.

Pros:
We were able to all the activities. My 7 year old son loved it all. Each activity was about 30 mins long, no complaints. I felt safe with every activity.
Lunch was 4/10. I ate rice & beans. I packed bars and other snacks for my son.
Cons:
The driver was on time with picking us up but we were in the van for almost 2 hours because he got lost picking another family up. I booked for 3 people the double at a but they said once we get there I have pay additional $15 because 1 person has to be single. I paid but then when we went to the atv, one short guy was rude and yell at us to get off saying we didn’t pay. My mom felt embarrassed when they asked her to get in front of everyone. It was super unprofessional because it was a simple miscommunication on their end. Luckily I still had my receipt so they let us go back on the atvs but the yelling was unnecessary.
It does feel supper money hungry once there. They force you get a locker $5, pictures were $80 for 3 of us, I had to pay additional $15, 16% service charge to use card and they seriously walk around with a tip container. I do feel bad, I didn’t have cash on me because a few of the employees were really nice.
The van ride coming home was a joke. The van ended up getting a flat tire so they last minutes had to squeeze us onto another van and I mean squeeze. When the driver dropped me off at my hotel, you demanded I tip him since he had to take us last minute. I felt super uncomfortable.

The van was late picking up and late dropping off. They made us wait longer than we had to because they wanted people to purchase their overpriced pictures. We were not the last to arrive, but definitely the last to leave. It's definitely a money game. The horseback riding lasted about 6 minutes, it was very short, one of the shortest I have ever done.
