Totally disorganized. They group you with people who have some different activities which isn’t mentioned ahead of time. So they then say you can purchase that activity or wait around for 30 or 40 min. They also describe the horseback riding as 30 minutes but it was more like 15. What’s worse is that it took 30 min to wait for previous groups to finish which then cut into the cenote time so we ended up with 15 or 20 minutes while others that did not book horseback riding had almost a hour. So in effect we got punished for buying more activities.

The experience was amazing, our tour guide Raul was the best! We were able to add a ATV last minute and I do not regret it

Super fun! Great pace for each activity. The guides were fun and helped everyone have a good time. I traveled solo and had a great experience. The cenote was beautiful and refreshing!

We had a great time here, thanks to Jahil, Eduardo, Arturo and the rest of the team. Horseback riding was shorter than expected but a great experience overall.

It's about $70 per person, but when we got there, they charged us an additional $50 per person (plus 6% if you use a creditcard). With tips, etc, we spent about $280 for a couple.

Its not worth the price. Short, slow atv ride on a dusty, rocky road. Not adventurous at all really. The 4 short zip lines seemed a little unsafe. The cenote was nice.

One big negative is that it took 1 hour and 15 minutes to get there from the hotel zone. The total trip took about 7 hours including the drives and waiting on the driver to bring us back to the hotel.

I would post pictures, but the don't allow you to use your camera or phone. Then at the end, they try to sell you pictures for $60-80.

First time in Cancun and I wanted to do something like this with my girlfriend. The experience was great. The crew that takes you through these places is very nice. A few things I didn’t like is they don’t allow you to take photos with your own cell phone. It looks like they want to control all the pictures and content of your adventures to later on sell it to you, which I’m ok to a certain extend because it is a business. They take very good pictures and videos for sure, however is very expensive when they try to sell it to you. I wish the picture package was better and more affordable and be able to choose what photos you want to keep at a good price instead of selling you all these many fotos and videos as a whole package deal. I would highly recommend them to use a website where they can manage the sale and distribution of the photos. Thanks you all!

Did the full package and had tons of fun. My favorite part was probably the ATV ride. It was probably the longest activity. The lunch was good, but not super filling, so I don't recommend going without snacks (snacks and drinks at the site cost extra)
