From the moment we entered the kitchen, we were treated like family. This is the best cooking experience I have had. MAX explained the entire process of pasta, sauce and Gelato. Other classes I have taken seemed to make the process complicated. This experience made it seem simple and a joy.

A delightful highlight of our trip! Mossimo, Sophia, and Matteo made the event fun, engaging, entertaining, and educational. The food and wine were excellent. We were four adults, but this would be great for younger families, too.

Awesome experience. Chef Max was fantastic. Food was very good. We enjoyed every minute.
We had five adults, one teen, and one pre-teen. All said it was the highlight of their trip to Rome.
The two who don’t usually cook loved it. Even those of us who cook a lot learned things we didn’t already know.
Highly recommend.

Holy smoke we had so much fun. Dad and teen daughter learned pizza and Gelato. Waaaaaay more entertaining than our vatican tour, no offense to his eminence! Pleasant atmosphere, good music, tremendous teaching, and somehow he coaxed from us best pizza we've ever tasted.

We had a great experience with the pasta and gelato class! I have 11 year old girls and we were with three generations of family, and David and Emiliano were great with the kids, including them in everything we did and letting them take the lead! At the end of the class they said this was their favorite thing we did in Rome!
The meal was also fantastic, and they gave us the recipes to take home so we can do it ourselves!
I would absolutely recommend this for families as a great multi generation activity!

I LOVED my time learning to cook with these professionals. We laughed with the two instructors the whole time and the delicious pizza and gelato were just a cherry on top. Would 100% come back!!
